I was reading someones TR about the Disney Dream, and they mentioned that you have more then just the main buffet as a dining option on the first day - but not what those options were?

Also, breakfast - room service, the main buffet and where else?

Remy - on the four day sailings, do you have the brunch as a option?

Dining rotations - who do you contact (and when) to request dining rotations? We were hoping to be in The Royal palace for the dressy night.

Also - what is the cost for Remy's for dinner, and how late can it be booked? (last seating)

And finally - is their a search button???

Thank you again!

For our Dream cruises, Enchanted Garden was open with a modified buffet and the quick service counters by the pool deck were also open (room service is also an option once your room opens up and until muster drill, AFAIK).

For breakfast, Royal Palace was open for sit-down breakfast, IIRC Enchanted Garden had the modified buffet.

You can call DCL or your travel agent to put in the request and/or check with the dining modification desk when you embark (the location will be in the Navigator or you can ask a crew member).

I'd have to Google the Remy info.

The search button is at the top right corner of every disboards page. Right under your user name, it says "Search...". Also the second menu item at the top of the page says "Search Forums".

And on mobile, it's just a little magnifying glass.

We liked the main buffet better than the MDR's, and didn't find the MDR's quieter or calmer than Cabanas. The quick service windows and room service really are great food options though, in our opinions.

Each day (with the exception of embarkation day) one MDR (main dining room) will be open for table service for breakfast and lunch. You'll have a small menu with wait staff (you may even see your MDR wait staff in there). We really enjoy the table service breakfast and lunch. I'm a fan of fresh, hot food cooked to order.

On days where you have a little extra time (sea days, no excursions, etc.) I do recommend taking advantage of it, if you can. :)
