Disney Dream - October 9, 2011 - 4 Nights

yay!!! I toilet trained my 2 3/4 yr old DS a week ago in 3 days and we have had NO accidents day or night yet. Hoping with 3 months practice under his belt, he'll be able to stay dry in the Club. He turns 3 on Oct. 1.

All Palo is booked except for dinner 1-2 peeps :confused3
Oh well... hopefully Ivo will be my head server and pull some strings for me :rolleyes1

I think out actual check in has to start during normal hours because I could not check in last time either except to do excursion/ dining bookings and kid club registration

I couldn't get my Palo brunch, and I can't find where there's a choice for port check-in times...has anyone else been able to book their port arrival time?

Got our Palo dinner on the last night, but no brunch available. Oh well, I know what I'll be doing first thing when we get on board! Where do we go for Palo reservations once on board? Anyone know?

Go directly to Palos for onboard bookings. We had brunch in May and it was pretty empty even though there were no "available" tables online.
The actual check in doesn't allow you to do it until the office opens I think as it would not allow me to do it at midnight or 2am. It's up now... you need all your "info" and port times are at them end. The earliest is now 11am... I am NOT upset by this as 10:30 may be the time the allow anyone in... little longer to sleep in and hopefully less of a wait in the terminal.
So far... the only reason I would go to the terminal early is to upgrade but I haven't heard of anyone getting an upgrade on the Dream so far... usually sold out sailings...

Yea!!! Got the babies registered for NURSERY :cool1: Hellow!!! Kid free dinner!!!

I could only register 2 rooms today. Two rooms with previous cruisers and the other 2 rooms arent available to register until July 26.

If I am understanding correctly, at that time when I have everybody's information in I can check all 13 of us in online for a port time..... CORRECT????

Another think DVC told me I could do today but I havent found out how yet, but one of the babies was lactose intolerant on our last cruise and she has since outgrown her sensitivity or we just have learned to be more selective with her diet choices.... DVC rep told me I could remove the lactose free restriction from her reservation today but I dont know where or how..... Can anybody help.....

I am so freaking excited about this cruise!!!..... I'm working extra.... got every kid of legal working age working and a list of what has to be paid for and then the rest is their spending money..... Nothin like child labor in the South..... HA! JK!

I hope we have as much fun as i have imagined.... our travel party decreased by 1 (so long crazy girl), and we gained college age friend and neice boyfriend is coming along..... Neice boyfriend .... is in for a REALLY BIG SUPRISE..... he is a great kid, hard worker, grew up in foster care and has never even see the ocean.... so thats what I bought all those DVC points for.... for my own "MAKE A WISH"....

I love sharing my love of Disney with friends! Hope to meet some new friends on the boat..... I'll tag my self as Sparkie from ALABAMA.... if you see me say ROLL TIDE!

you wont be able to miss us.... if you see 2 men, sipping on beer, surrounded by a multituded of women from diapers to dentures... ... Thats US!

Just finished the online registration for the second stateroom. Couldn't registered my DS for the tween club online

this is the first time we are using DCL transportation to get us to the port, they asked us to choose a time, the earliest available was 11am, is that the time the bus leaves at or arrives at the port :confused3

I am soooooo excited

We did our online check-in as well and the earliest available check in time was 12-12:30. I know that we will be at the port earlier but with the new regulations look like we will be left to wait the 45 mins outside :sad2: On the other hand I would like to add my family to the FE list our stateroom is 5532!! only 89 days left til paradise:banana::woohoo::woohoo::dance3:

I finished online checkin and got the 11am checkin time! I am soooo excited about that!!

Now, I just hope that I can get my Palo brunch. Last time we had to get it once we boarded, so I'm assuming this time that's what we'll end up doing too!

CAN'T WAIT!!!

I have to wait 16 more days. Im such a newb! :lmao:

No kidding...looks like we'll be getting on the boat at 1 or so? Everybody, save some shrimp for us first timers!!

Was a Cruise Name ever decided on? "Rocktober on the Dream" is my inclusion Anyone? Anyone??
