We are very excited for this cruise this fall and for the Halloween party. Does anyone know if we will still have Pirate party as well? Assuming that we will, but haven't seen anything confirming that.

Yes, there will be a separate night for the Pirate Party! There will be a lot to squeeze in. I believe this was confirmed in an email from Disney. Check with the DCL Website to under holidays on the Dream, I'm sure I saw it outlined there too!

Okay, I just stayed up way past my regular bedtime---until 11 PM Central time---:crazy2: to get our crew of DCL first-timers checked in online.

We're paid.

We're checked in.

We are now ready to cruise!

The next 75 days are going to be hard to wait.

Looked like the CC cabanas were gone, but all the PAT times were still available. Palo and Remy looked to have plenty of availability as did most of the port excursion choices. I snagged a Monday brunch ressie at Palo, but not sure we're going to keep it. Thought better get it while I could and we can decide later if we want to cancel.

I never stay up this late. Only for DCL, I guess.

Time for bed.

Hope the rest of you have as easy of a time checking in and get what you want for times and activities!!

I checked us in as well, but the first two PAT's were not available i had to take the 12 noon one.

The only thing I saw sold out so far was the couple's spa experiences on the sea day. Do they hold a few of them for on-board booking?

Our flight is scheduled to land at MCO at 9:30 and we're taking DCL transportation, if we show up to the port early are they really going to make us wait?

I think I read on here that if you arrive by DCL bus you may enter the terminal upon arrival, regardless of your PAT. If I understand correctly, your boarding number is tied to your PAT (earlier PATs get earlier boarding group numbers).

But, I think I read on this board as well that it is usually general boarding by 12:45 or so. Shouldn't have to wait too long if everything runs on time!

What time did you check in last night Vent417? I went to bed at 9:30 and then set my alarm for 11. I was online doing my thing about 11:05 central, and I went ahead and entered passport numbers and all the details too. Kiddo is checked in and we are done.

Knowing the first two PATS are now gone, I am glad I stayed (got) up. But today is definitely going to require an extra cup of coffee!!!

I was checking in at 12:01am, so I think(I may be wrong) it may have to do with what time our flight lands.

I'm definitely going to need a second cup of coffee today.

That could definitely be it. We fly in Saturday and are borrowing a cousin's car for the week, so I said we were driving to port.

It was the flights arrival time.

I went back into the online check-in changed the time my flight is scheduled to arrive and was able to get the 11am PAT.

I was just going to say I just got the 11am PAT time and I logged in at 10pm est. So it's a good thing you realized it was connected to your flight and changed it. Last year we were on the boat by 11:30!!! We got a 11am PAT time but showed up at 1030 so we could get in line right at 11...so come early!

How many cabins are signed up for FEs so far? I live in china so I'll be giving treats and such from china...I need to do my shopping soon as I come to the states sept 16.

I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a private mixology class.
If we get a minimum of 25 people together we can book our own private class.

I will set it up if we get enough people who want to do it, I'll also have my DW post this on the FB page.

Hi Everyone, :wave2:

Our little group is growing! I will make up the first draft of the spreadsheet and email it out this weekend.

Please watch your inboxes!!

Have a great weekend!
Jodi

Just booked this cruise this weekend for me and my mom!! It's my 4th Disney cruise and 3rd on the Dream! Mom took a cruise on Princess in 97 but hasn't been on one since. Can't wait!

Welcome! :cool1:
There is a Facebok page and an FE going on if you are interested in either!:thumbsup2

Thanks!!! I requested to be a member for the Facebook page but I'm going to pass of the FE.

Aw I so want to be in on the FE but I'm flying from the UK and don't know if my baggage limit can take it!

Could the organiser let me know what the numbers are looking like now so I can decide?

Thanks.

Welcome aboard!
As an option, I know that you can ship a package to the ship, it will be waiting for you in your stateroom. I am in the FE and last count I think we are under 20 rooms...not too bad size wise. :thumbsup2
Also, there is a facebook page as well if you want to join that.
