So excited for our very first cruise!

Hello everyone!

My family and I (wife and son- age 10) will be joining you on the 10/17/16 cruise on Dream! This is our 4th DCL cruise (Dream twice, Wonder once) and we are very much looking forward to meeting everyone.

Our son is a little bit shy but loves everything Star Wars, Minecraft, Ninjago, etc... Hopefully one of you has someone his age that he might have the opportunity to meet onboard!

I just discovered this board and was so excited to see your post. I will be bringing my 10 y/o son on this trip and he is already looking forward to meeting new friends - I hope we can catch up with each other on board!

Welcome aboard!!! You need to post or reply to 10 messages on this board or any board. Then I can invite you to our conversation. I am also new to Disney Cruise and new to DIS (veteran of Disney world though!! ) but I am leading up the FE group! Should be lots of fun!!

Hi everyone! Our family will be sailing on the 10/17 - myself, my husband, our two girls (4 and 2) and my parents. We're from the UK and it's our first Disney Cruise!

I understand it's too late to join in gifting etc but to be honest I'll be lucky to get my already bulging case through the check in anyway without bringing along more! (We'll be moving onto WDW after the cruise).

Anyways, it's nice to connect online with other cruisers and pray that Matthew doesn't give us any trouble!!

It looks like Orlando airport will be open again by next Sat so that's a relief. Here's hoping Nassau and Castaway Cay do well in their recovery and that we can dock.

We have a ten year old boy. He has been getting to know another boy who will be on the ship using his Disney Mix app on his phone. If you are on the FB group my wife has been arranging a meet and greet for the kiddos at 3pm on embarkation day. Hopefully we will see you there!
