I will volunteer to organize the FE. Please either post or pm to me the following- Cabin #, Names and ages of occupants (and allergy issues if applicable). I will make the cut off date February 18 and limit to 10 cabins, whichever comes first, since there are a lot of first-timers (including me as an organizer). I will compile all the info and pm it to the participants no later than Feb. 19.

If you have less than 10 posts, you can't pm, so Doc suggested doing one-word posts to the technical Board in order to up your post count to allow you to pm.

On a non-FE topic, we are very into Pirate Night and I am very excited that our costumes arrived yesterday! I also ordered a pirate magnet set for our door!

And in an effort to boost my post count, I will introduce our family. This is our second Disney Cruise. We were on the Magic in 2013. We have a six-year-old-boy and a four-year-old girl. My husband's parents will also be cruising with us. And we will celebrate our tenth anniversary on the last day of this trip (that wasn't planned, just sort of happened because a certain trip-planning hubby forgot our anniversary).

We will be on our 2nd cruise and first Disney cruise. We'll be taking our grandson along for his first trip to Disney and his first cruise. We would also lie to be added to the FE group.

We would love to join the FE group for our Cruise. This is our first cruise and so we are trying to learn the protocols. haha. We are in cabin 7074.

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin. Other information you would like to share such as first names, ages of child participants, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, since no one seems to be coming forward to organize a FE for this cruise here on the DIS, please feel free to start the FE right in this thread.

There is certainly enough time to plan a latecomers FE for this cruise. All it takes is for someone to maintain a list of/for those participating which can easily be done in this thread. Cruise Meet threads have been doing it this way for years now here on the DIS. If anyone is interested in doing this, feel free to contact me for some suggestions.

We just booked our first Disney cruise on the Dream for March 9, 2015. We will be celebrating our daughter's 13th birthday! This is all new to me but I think we would like to participate in the FE exchange once that get's started.
