Disney Dream March 9, 2015

We will be on the March 9th cruise also.. would love to do the FE thing if anyone has started that sounds like fun.

Hello!
We have booked and would like to be included in this group!

Add us to an FE group as well!

WHOO HOO! We are goin' gold! :cool1:

Hi there. Moved to this cruise from the Thanksgiving 2014 one on the Fantasy due to my husband's vacation schedule.

2nd cruise.

Went on the Magic out of Galveston for Spring Break 2013 and loved it. Plan to only bring our littlest princess princess: on this one (unless something changes and the older three princess: princess: princess: end up tagging along!).

We're all set for the Disney Dream 9 March 4-night Bahamian cruise. It'll be our family's 1st time on the Dream. We've been on the Magic and the Fantasy twice.
It's Jessica, Mark (DH), Luke (8 - second grade) and Jack (6 - Kinder).

I'll be looking to sign up for the FE also. I'm one of those sporadic online people, but would love to plan a meet on board (wading pool deck before the muster anyone?) and see if anyone is interested in play date time at the kids club!

I'll also be signing up for wine/cocktail tastings onboard if anyone else would like to give it a try. Kids will be doing play date time then!

Looking forward to meeting everyone and can't wait for another trip to paradise!

I'm not participating, but I think the FE group is going to close fairly soon. My h and I will probably do mixology. Hope to meet you!

Merry Christmas Eve! Only 75 days until our cruise! I can't wait for this Spring Break cruise. :woohoo:

Unfortunately, posts have been removed from a number of Cruise Meets threads including this one.

PLEASE review the Cruise Meet Policy regarding Cruise Meet and Fish Extender programs. - http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3353477

Links to Cruise Meet discussion/Fish Extenders other than those on the DIS may not be posted or offered by any other means (PM, email, "search" directions).

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

Enjoy!

This is going to be my first ever cruise. I am incredibly excited!!

Has anyone started the Fish Extenders? Would love to join if so!

Any clue what the temperatures will be like in March? My only cruise was in July, so I wore sundresses to dinner. Will it be cool on deck at night? Also wondering about the water temps in March at cc. I was cold there in July, but I am used to Texas heat. I am hoping to spend most of the day snorkeling.

My family is booked for our first ever cruise. I'm SO excited! I'm reading a lot about the fish extender program. Can someone please explain what it is and how I can get my family joined in on that? Is it too late at this point? Thanks in advance for all the info.

Haven't heard about any FE group and would love to join. Anyone know anything?:confused3

Interested in being a part of a FE exchange. Is anyone organizing?

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS where FE began years ago.

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin. Other information you would like to share such as first names, ages of child participants, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

There is certainly plenty of time to plan a FE for this cruise. All it takes is for someone to maintain a list of/for those participating which can easily be done in this thread and you already have the beginning of a good group. Cruise Meet threads have been doing it this way for years now here on the DIS.

Doc- Is there a pinned post somewhere with some guidance on organizing an FE? If so, I would volunteer to organize. Just haven't done one so afraid to jump into an organizer role ignorantly.

I read in an earlier post that momof2tx said something about organizing. I haven't seen anything since though. Not sure if she is still interested in taking charge. Since this is my first ever cruise, I wouldn't even know where to begin. I want to participate if possible, but I'm still new to the whole idea.
