Maybe, but if you look at the picture of when they delivered the funnels, I saw the people and the funnel wasn't that big. I even looked like it's very small, because if it were the Magic's or Wonder's size then the people would seem smaller like how it is if you stand next to their funnels...

I bet it's because Dream is being built inside, instead of outside like Magic/Wonder so there are hight restrictions.
