First time DCL Cruiser here! We are so excited for this, a total celebration cruise. DD graduates HS & turns 18, and a belated celebration of our 25th Anniversary.

Doing cruise June 7-11 (surprising DD with cruise part)
Then Universal for HPWorld for a few days
THEN WDW - staying at the Contemporary (as soon as they open for reservations) for another 5 days!

I'm ready to start packing already!!!

Is anyone else on this cruise or will it be just us??

Hi! and Welcome! If you look on the "frame" near the top of the forums, on the right side you'll see your username. You have to be logged in - you'll see the word "alerts". If anything new has been posted, you'll have a number in a little red box right next to the word "Alerts". Once you've posted on a thread - you'll be marked as watching that thread, so new posts will become alerts and show up. hover over the word alerts with your mouse and the threads with alerts will show up, including the link, so you can just click the link and go right to the new post.
You can also watch threads even without posting - on the top right, there will be a "watch thread" on the right hand side on the top of the thread (opposite the page numbers on the top) click watch thread, and there you go!

That said, if you have any questions, comments, ideas for our cruise, don't hesitate to post! It's a little quiet in here, but hopefully we'll get some good conversations going!

I finally got an email notifying me of an alert!! Thanks so much for the info. It does seem very quiet for a double dip that's what I was told anyway. It's our first one so we are new to this. Hopefully more people start like you said... Have you ever done an FE?

I haven't. New to DCL, so this is my first time even hearing about FE's. I believe KJablonski has some experience and is talking about setting one up.
I'm the most disorganized person I know right now, so I will spare you all the insanity that is my life and hopefully someone will want to get started!

We will doing this cruise. On our last cruise, there was someone who set up a Facebook page for our cruise and started doing a fish extender group on it among other things such as setting up a Mixology class for the cruise. Would anyone be interested in me setting this up?

Angieben, KJablonski has already offered -- so I'll let her jump on it. I am not good at organizing at all! I'm sure if you PMd her you guys could get something going.

I've been checking fairly regularly and have yet to find a FB page for our cruise.
