Disney Dream June 27, 2013

Hi there!
This is great news, it looks like we have 3 more families joining the FE!
I am just flying thru airports, and limited on Internet access, I will update the list tomorrow and send out the new list!
If you could be so kind to PM me with your emails, I would appreciate it. For some of the newbies, I realize you may not be able to send messages, so I will send you a PM message by tomorrow evening (8pm'ish).

Hope everyone is having a great day, and getting super excited about the Cruise! :flower3:

Hi Christina,
I can't PM you my info until I post 8 more times ... Apparently, the DIS boards won't let me post an email either... :(

Thanks!!

This is our first time on Disney Cruise and any cruise for that matter. I've tried to read as much as I could before hand. Any one have any special must do tips?
Also, is it worth parking at Port Canaveral? Any help would be appreciated. HAve some food allergies, so hopefully it'll go well.

For the fish extenders do you have to give gifts to everyone who participates or are you assigned to a particular family?

We would like to participate in the FE -
I don't have my room number yet - should have it by this time next week. **I hope
There are 2 adults, 2 children (Both boys, 8 &10). No allergies
I can't PM yet :( I just needed to know more about the requirements of participating in the FE program before signing up please.

Hi, I tried PM'ing you, thinking you could respond to me this day....
Go back a little in the thread to page 4, and click on LadyRob's link as it
explains about the FE, hope this helps - let me know if you have any other questions after reading it. Just post a few more threads - I think you need 10 before you can PM anyone.
Thanks, C

Hello there,

We have 5 family's participating in the FE to date.
I was going to get some Hawaiian Leis for the group so we can wear them for the Sail away party, as for distribution it looks easy as we are located on the 8th ~ 10th floor..... I will look a little closer to see who is on which side of the ship so it may be easier going on the stairs in sections.

I will also put some scrolled paper in the bottom of my FE, so in case you loose your list, I will have spares as well as if anyone's room changes last minute I can make adjustments. Other than room changes, this would be the only thing that can change.

Not sure who has computer access before the trip, so send me your emails (if I don't already have them and I will shoot out an email as soon as I get to the Port. Otherwise, you can always send me a text message via the wave phone; or write a little note on my door.

Hi there, I will also be parking at Cape Canaveral for this Cruise. I've taken the Disney transport in the past. I think its $15/day for parking which isn't too bad given its a short cruise.

Hi, ok, I've got you guys! I now made the connection with you and Pixie Dust.

Hello there,

We have 9 Cabins, and 13 family's participating in the FE to date!

I am getting Hawaiian Leis for the group so we can wear them for the Sail away party, as for distribution I will figure something out..... I may designate 1 person on each floor to do a quick drop off (looking for volunteers pls). I would put them all on my door but afraid of not having enough room or other passengers just helping themselves to them, not knowing what we are doing.

I will look a little closer to see who is on which side of the ship so it may be easier going on the stairs in sections. I've got a game plan to keep this easy and make it fun! Keep you posted!

I will also put some scrolled paper in the bottom of my FE, so in case you loose your list, I will have spares as well as if anyone's room changes last minute I can make adjustments. Other than room changes, this would be the only thing that can change.

T0-DATE as of Sat June 8th, 2014.
Girls: 6
Boys: 5
Teens: 1
Families: 13
Cabins participating: 9

Note for families number - this is indicating if someone is sailing in a group of friends in 1 shared cabin. Sometimes people do 1 gift for a cabin, but its hard since there are 2 families sharing a cabin - how do you divide that magnet without someone being sad? I have indicated how many family's there are in the room, so you can make your lists accordingly.

Countdown: 19 DAYS!!!!!

Thanks everyone!

Will we be doing gifts for all cabins on all days, or will we be assigned a certain day/cabin? Just trying to get my ideas for gifts together! So excited! :)

Hey everyone! We booked this cruise a few weeks ago. So excited. It's me, my DH and DS(4). We are traveling with another couple with their grandson(9). This will be our 8th Disney cruise. We are actually going on our 7th cruise the week before on 6/20. We wanted a 7n but the prices were a bit too high so we'll settle for two 3n's. :) I don't care, I just want to be on the ship, and at Castaway!

Hi, the choice is completely up to you! You can do either 1 floor a day, or all of them on on the 1st or the last day. You can do a gift a day, or one for the entire duration of the Cruise. I must say its fun coming back to the room and always finding something in your FE!

Welcome to our group! I have to agree, any Disney ship for any length of time is way TOO short! Can't wait!

HI There,
We would like to join the FE group for this cruise but just would like a little more information on how it works. Sounds like fun!

Hi, go to page 4, and LadyRob posted a link to the FE which should answer your questions. Please get back to me with your information BEFORE this Saturday as I had to put a cut-off date if you are going to join with all your information.
Thanks! Christina
