Disney Dream June 24, 2012 5 Night Bahamian

Are there any plans to keep a posted list somewhere that we can view?

I was not planning on posting the complete spreadsheet on the public forum (with kids ages and cabin numbers), but if you like, I can post a listing of the participants we have so far by screen name. Does that work for you?

I'm not Mike, but I'd love that type of list :thumbsup2

Ya, something that gives an idea of how many are signed up. This way we can start to plan and such. I don't like to leave things to the last min.

Also gives people an opportunity to get to know everyone who might be involved.

Maybe you want to start a specific thread so you can control the first post and keep updating as people sign up. I don't think there would be any harm in screen name plus number/age of people in room. I would leave out cabin numbers.

I dont mind sharing my information, in the past, we have always posted it with our cabin number so everyone knows where to go.

We will be in the FE. It will be me-Art, wife-Lisa and our Daughter-Meghan-16. we are celebrating my 46th birthday on the cruise the day the cruise leaves, June 24!!, we are currently booked in cabin 7518.

Thanks!

The final spreadsheet would need to include the staterooms of course. I think its just personal preference on wether its posted now to the "public". I have already posted mine around the dis so would not bug me in the least.

A list of how many cabins and how many in each cabin would be helpful for now. i'm trying to get a feel for what kind of item we do, based on how many we'll need. i don't need any specifics yet.:thumbsup2

When I have done FE in the past, on the public part (i.e. these boards) the cabin number has never been posted, and giving the real name of the person was left up to the individual (I do not post my info anywhere on a public board)... then on the day of the cruise, we have always met up somewhere to get a "private" copy of the FE that did include cabin numbers.

I know I am probably ultra paranoid, but that is just me......

Everyone is different, in the past 2 I have been in, we posted on the forum here in one post, the screen name, # of guest, ages if children, names and cabin number. I can see where some want to stay private, but that is up to each individual. I was just putting our info out there because I am fine with it being public.

I could go both ways so does not matter to me. I would request an email or something with the room numbers ahead of time though. Im not sure I want to have to commit to meeting up somewhere at a specific time as ya never know what ya might be doing at any given time.

Well, as for me, I fall in the ultra paranoid category. :lmao: I'm not down with posting the ages and genders of my children on the public forum along with our cabin number. But I certainly understand that there are others who do not share my paranoia. I'll tell you what. I'll do a modified spreadsheet with the total number of each "type" of person (adult, teen, child) in each cabin and will post it shortly. That should satisfy the need, I think, and I can update it periodically. I had planned on sending out the more detailed one via pm to all FE participants closer to the cruise. Will that work?

I think thats perfect. I would start a thread yourself though that you can update as more people sign up. This way people know where to look to keep track. It will also give people a place to chat about ideas and such without flooding this thread, as not everyone is participating.

If you feel its to much work to keep a thread maintained I don't mind. PM me if you would like a hand.
