Great, I will put it on the list. As for gifts, anything you want to do. I am doing some disney and some local. It is your call, doesnt have to be much. The only thing I was told is most people dont just want a bunch of pinata stuff. So im doing handmade and maybe a small amount store bought. I know as for disney rules, anything food related cant be handmade and all items stuck to doors must be magnetic. Other than that it is all up to you. I want this to be fun for all of us, so just do what makes you happy.
btw, do you guys have any likes, needs or allergies I should add to list?

At this moment, we have a total of 5 groups. So I guess depending on how big the group is we can maybe pick a day for each person, or if you want to do a little gift daily, you totally can. The cruise is only 4 nights, so I don't want to take everyone away from their activities and make it a nightly thing, unless that is what some want.
I am thinking maybe the month before the cruise, we can make a final decision on that. And once I get all the info from everyone onto the chart, I will post it so everyone can see how it looks so far.

I think one gift night obligation is a good suggestion for the FE. If someone wishes to do more they can if they want.

We have no allergies, and as far as likes/dislikes anything received will be accepted with smiles

I agree, so once we get closer, we can set a "sign-up" for which night each person wants and who ever wants to do more, can have fun doing it

So I was looking at some other FE boards and I think we should also have a cutoff, say a month or two months (you guys let me know which is better, especially if making handmade items) before the cruise. That way everyone knows what they need to get and for how many.

Also I was thinking if the group gets too big, say over 20 then we can divide it so no one has more than twenty groups to get gifts for and to deliver to.

Like I said I am winging it, I really want everyone, especially my hubby to have an awesome and memorable trip!

I agree, I think I would like to use my new embroidery machine for the gifts, so if we cut off the list by the end of April, I will have time to make them.

May 1st sounds great. I just looked at embroidery that is a available and I only found a rapunzel and or pascal. I did not find Flynn. I found rapunzel at a website called embroideres.I'm new to embroidery so I don't think I could make a patch yet. I will work on it though and hopefully be good at it by May.

Ok, so cutoff for fe will be may 1st, if all is ok. I think I may end up creating an iron on, so weird no one has flynn. Thanks for even looking, I do appreciate
