Of the ones we've seen, Toy Story


What is your favorite thing to do on a Disney cruise?


Spend as much time enjoying my family in a stress free environment!

What is your favorite Disney park?

We are from Los Angeles, so DL feels like home to us and is where my kiddos have grown up. That being said, WDW parks are very special to us and are amazing because they are so different. We love AK and EPCOT for all of of their uniqueness! Basically, we love WDW because of everything else..except the humidity. That we could do without


Do you have a favorite ride?

Love Philharmagic! So amazing and captures the spirit...makes me emotional!


A favorite show on the DCL?

Not sure?


What is your favorite thing to do on a Disney cruise?

Be with my family and just enjoy!!!

A couple of things...

FOOPAH - I see you are already on your way and that you are stopping at Discovery Cove. We did that years ago...the most incredible experience!!! Enjoy!!! I hope we meet, I would love to hear all about your time there!

BAIRDBETH - My dd and I just finished putting together our FE gifts
Should we plan on delivering them on a certain day or is anytime OK? I am a little concerned our gift may not fit in some people's FE. They are a little big and may not always fit in the pockets. Do you suggest we hang on to those and leave a message and arrange to drop them off later when folks are in their room? Find a room steward to place them in the room? I don't want to leave them by the door..I would hate to have someone take them.

Anyway, we are starting to pack today. My DD just finished Jr High and starts softball camp at HS this week! DS finishes 5th grade on Friday. We will fly out first thing Saturday...woohoo!

Thank you to everyone for your well wishes for Aaron. He seems to be recovering well. Sleeping alot. It's amazing to me. The surgeon closed the incisions with glue!! No stitches. It's come along way since I had my appendix removed!!

We are in full pre-cruise mode as well. Have to get all the paperwork together. Most of our stuff is together. We just have to place in suitcases. I am a huge list maker. My son's tease me about it. But, at least that way hopefully we won't forget anything!!!

Anyone else having cruise or Disney nightmares? I had one last night we were on the beach and a huge storm came (like a tsunami) . I always have nightmares that we forgot something.

Well, I need to get to work packing my carryon! Can't wait to meet everyone! Loved your pix Rose. and the ones others posted from previous cruises. We are so excited!!!!

FINALLY!!! Magnets and tshirts are done. All of the fish extender gifts and the fish extender are done. (And I only ended up with 3 extra "paint" shirts.) I got the passports out of the safe deposit box. Now to get laundry finished and get packed. Then, I need to print out the signature page and call the credit cards. So much to do and so little time. We leave 6am Wednesday morning.
I haven't had time to read back through the last couple pages, but hopefully tonight. I will try my best to log back in before Tuesday night, but if not, can't wait to see everyone.

My son and your husband could talk stuff together. Sean is always building a new computer or fixing one for someone or upgrading his or mine (which was his old project).
He's going to college for computer engineering, so it's a perfect fit.
We have computer parts (some not working that someone needs to drop off at a recycling center.... guess who that's gonna be)
all over the house and screws and brackets etc.... seems to be in most rooms of the house!

Rose, Tracy is also a computer "geek" as he calls it He built his computer and is going to build Hagan one too. (for gaming - they play W.O.W. and Battlefield)

My DH (Jessie) is also a computer geek. He is the IT Team Leader for the University of TN Bookstore and also plays W.O.W. He is always talking to me about computer stuff, but it just goes right over my head. Glad to know he'll have something in common with a couple of other guys. DH is a talker though and will talk your ears off about anything!

I am so jealous of those that have already left! We don't leave until Friday afternoon. We have started packing, but I'm not quite finished with the FE gifts. I hope to finish both tomorrow. Love everyone's pictures! I'll try to post one of our family soon.

It's fun to look at everyone's pictures. I like the sunsets the best. I remember watching the sun sink into the ocean on our last cruise. I had never seen that before.

We printed a packing list today. We have a busy week coming up with our niece being born on Wednesday. We are very excited about that and our cruise. Hopefully everything on the list will make it into our suitcase.

I have to say I'm in the "jealous of people already on vacation" club too. I'm happy for them, though.
