Hi Crystal.... we're onboard too, for DCL #12, and second platinum cruise. We have DH 56, DW 53, DS13, and DS10....that's dennis, ann, james, and danny.
My boys are soooooo ready for the max and goofy golf on deck 13, and the aquaduck on 11 and 12. We'll be repeating Palo (platinum freebie benefit) and trying Remy. Will check out the Castaway Cay new facilities at Christmas on the Wonder, and get back to you. We have a category guaranty, so, we either get an unsold concierge cabin, or, should the ship fill up-(fat chance at $1000 per night and a recession)- we'll bunk in with the captain. giggle

Welcome aboard all. Any questions, I'll help anywhere I can. (no, I'm no longer in the cruise industry, so ask away, in complete safety-from any sales pitches...Ha!)

Wow! 12! Awesome:thumbsup2
Welcome to our group.:goodvibes

I'm traveling on my 5th Disney cruise with son Sean(20) and BF Bob.

I can't wait for the Aquaduck too!:yay::woohoo:

Wow...found this on page 3...have to bump it back up to page 1!!

Nothing really new on the cruise front for us today.

Had to go register my ds for school (10th grade) today, kind of a pain;but at least it is over and done with.

Thanks for the rescue! Not much to report here either...
although.....
I do LOVE to go to the House with the Mouse...and I HATE when the mouse comes to my house!!!! Have 8 traps to set tonight....hopefully it will work!!!

Boys are already registered for school....nothing for us to do really. I guess they assume they will be there the next year.

My parents were here for a few days to visit. Dad wired up 2 sets of outlets outside for us along the back wall of the garage. This will give us power in the new patio area.

Heading to bed soon....I am beat tonight!

Wishing you all a Disney Dream!!!

Hello Fellow Cruisers!

Today's weather is oppressive! Going to reach 95 or so, add in the humidity, we are looking at 100+. Yikes! The lawn is going to have to wait for another day. it's almost dangerous to do anything out there today! I did clean out and wash my truck this morning....I was a sweaty mess when that was done. Yuck!!!

Our little gray field mouse is no longer a resident here. We set 8 traps last night and just got the one. We'll set them again tonight and maybe tomorrow, JUST to be sure. I guess the boys let it into the house. I keep a shelving unit in the garage with extra staple items. Colton went to the garage to get another box of snacks. He left the door open to the house since he was talking to Connor. When he came back in, he saw "something" run under the stove. He thought it was a bug. (big bug!) That was a week or so ago. Steve actually SAW the mouse the other night. I think he was probably getting desperate for food. I have not noticed traces of him anywhere in the pantry or cupboards.

I'm with you. The only mouse I want to see is the cartoon kind. We had several take residence in our house a couple years ago. Ruined the washing machine and the dish washer. They love to eat hoses. Good luck.

Found out today that Sydney made the competition dance team. :cheer2: We are so proud. She has been taking dance class for 4 years since Kindergarten and finally got up the courage to try out this year. (She was really shy when she was younger, but broke out of her shell the last couple years.)

I love all of the videos and pictures of the Dream. It looks great. 5 days just won't be enough. We will have to book another.

got to occasionally help out on the thread. I don't have a clue at this point whether or not Billy and Kathleen will be joining us on this cruise. I also don't know what we will plan on doing with Mammaw. she is 104 this year. We'll see how she does on the vacation club cruise in Sept. Problem is that when she is with us, I don't get to relax at all. She'll have a cat 5 i Sept and that will allow her to go outside without us being there. By next years trip, she'll be 105. Christian and DJ Hollywood aka Clayton, are very familiar with Mammaw. So is Captain Thord and also Rachel. There was a big birthday bash in Lumieres for her 100th birthday,\
Bill

Welcome to the cruise! I will get you added to the first page.

I hope everyone is doing well. We've been busy, busy, busy. DD starts First Grade in a couple weeks and so we've been doing all of the necessary shopping and other preparation. She is so excited - - it's very cute. Anyway, hope everyone has a great rest of the weekend. Stay cool! :goodvibes

Oh poor little guy, I hope he died quickly and painlessly, I so love little mice.
I don't want them in my home running free though. We had them as pets for awhile. They're so very cute.
But then, I love anything with fur, rats included. Loved my rat in college that we used for experiments. But sadly they kill them all after the class is done.
I tried to rescue mine but had to give it up or would have been in trouble.:sad1:

I prefer those have a heart traps and release them into a field somewhere else.

Or..... here's a great idea to keep mice out of your home.....
Get a cat!:cat:
There has only ever been one mouse who dared in my home and Fluffy got it. ( I still felt bad for the poor little guy:sad2:)

Wow! That is awesome that your mom (or is it a grandmother?) is still out
and about at her age!
I want to be vacationing into my old age too!:thumbsup2

Yes Rose. Saw this the other day, but I love watching it over and over again. Gets me excited all over again about the cruise.

My daughter & I are vacationing in Panama City Beach, FL right now. Have been here since Friday, but will be leaving tomorrow. Just a long weekend getaway. Then back to work on Tuesday. She starts back to school in a couple of weeks.

Have a great day!!
