Disney Dream - June 12, 2011

Weight loss check in. When I set goals this Christmas, I wanted to be under 215 by our cruise and under 200 by the of the year. At my heaviest, I was 253, at Christmas I was 238. Today, I weighed in at 214.2! I am so stoked! My new goal is 200 by the cruise. That is a BHAG but that is what I am gunning for!

Great job!:thumbsup2

Here is the link to my facebook pics. I have allowed these pictures to be viewed by anyone, so if you have any problems, please let me know.

Great job! That's wonderful!

Logged in last night at midnight and booked Remy and Palo dinners for the cruise (Brunch was not available). This is our 7th cruise and we are also on the June 17th cruise as the 2nd leg of our back to back. It is myself, DW, DD8, and DD3. How large is the FE Exchange? We participated on our last cruise but haven't decided on this one yet. Is the list closed?

All of this paid off talk has me feeling like a slacker, LOL.

We decided against trying for Palo and are still unsure about excursion so I'm not too concerned about being paid off by the 14th. But we will definately be paid off by the 29th :thumbsup2

Added transportation to our cruise a few minutes ago. Will probably order our FE in a little bit - can't decide if I want to go pirates, sailors or just Mickey heads on it. Such tough choices there, LOL.

Starting to get really excited about the cruise.

Tracy51 - noticed you're from Arlington Texas. I graduated from Arlington Lamar and my mom still lives in Arlington.

Do you mean that Brunch wasn't even offered or that it was full?:confused3

Wow--awesome job! I've lost 13 since the new year and am aiming for at least 25 before the cruise date. Keep it up!

Thanks cvac! Congrats to you! You are over halfway there! (Okay so I've got Bon Jovi running through my mind as I type this, my 80's childhood just doesn't stop!) Anyway, keep it up, you'll make it I swear! :cool1:

FLWIDisneyFan - Wow! Small World :goodvibes I actually graduated from high school in Ft Worth. It always amazes me at the connections there on these Disney boards. I met one of my really good friends on another Disney board. It seems like our entire lives we've just missed each other. Also in the same place but not quite at the same time. Does you're mom live up by Lamar still? If so, how did she survive all the Super Bowl traffic?

Ashman - Congrats on the weight loss! :thumbsup2

Whithouston (Scott) -Thanks so much for sharing the pics! Got them pulled up in another window and going to look them as I can at work today. Kinda chilly here so I need a little boost :)

So brunch appears to be sold out.... kind of glad that we decided not to attempt Palo this go round. I started to swing back towards it over the weekend. I swear this the theme of this cruise for me is indecision LOL.

Hello Fellow Cruisers! Hope everyone is having a good week.

I took my daughter Rachel out to dinner last night to celebrate her birthday with my brother and sisters. This was a postponement from her actual birthday (2/16) since we had to cancel previously because she was sick. We had a really nice time.

I also went to her school yesterday for the Special Olympics. Her school, Fontainebleau High School, was host for the Track & Field Division of the Special Olympics and also was awarded "School of the Year" by the Louisiana Special Olympics. It was a fun day. The kids had a blast.

Counting down the days 'til the cruise!!!

I'm getting so excited how close it is getting.

Ashman - you have inspired me to get back on my diet. 3 months to get in shape. Congrats!! Keep up the good work.

Scott, thanks for sharing your photos.

I've been working on convincing my daughter (she's a very timid 5 years old), that the shallow-water dolphin encounter in Nassau would be fun. So far she's not believing me. Anyone done it before and have advice or stories?
