It is so exciting!::yes::

Check In went great!!! I got everything that I wanted when I wanted it. I got my signature form printed just before the website went down before 4 AM. Very tired today but happy!:thumbsup2

How did it go for everyone else?

So what excursions are everyone booking in Nassau? We are going to do the glass bottom boat tour. Anyone else booking this tour? I hope the kids like it!

Also for the families who will be at WDW before the cruise, how are you getting to the port? Would anyone be interested in sharing transportation (limo etc)? We are a group of 4 :goodvibes

We are actually not doing an excursion at Nassau, but instead staying on the ship and enjoying the activities they have to offer.

Yea I kinda wanted to stay on the ship too because I have already been to Nassau for my honeymoon, but my sister has never been. The glass bottom boat tour is only 1.5 hours so a good compromise :)

We did a tour of Atlantis last cruise (Jan 2011) and feel like we have seen all we really want to see at this point. The kids are more excited about the AquaDuck and other things on the ship so we thought it would be a good time to just relax and enjoy it. I see you are in MD...we are in NoVA...Beltway neighbors :)

We are driving down from Michigan so we will have our own car for driving between WDW and port. Normally, our car holds 7 but with all of the luggage we will have it will only hold our 4. Sorry we can't help with the transportation.

We had thought about just staying on the ship at Nassau but finally decided on the Ardastra Garden and City Tour. The reviews on here seemed pretty good. My daughters' love animals of any kind. It is only 2 to 2.5 hours and doesn't start until afternoon. We had thought about the glass bottom boat or the semi-submarine but changed our minds before booking.

We are flying in the day before the cruise and staying in Cape Canaveral. Then we're going to WDW the day we return to port.

I think we're going to just rent a car. We get in the day before, so this way we can spend the day in downtown disney and make sure we get to the boat on time! Yay for 11:30 check in! We're doing one of the Dolphin Encounters! We've done it before and it was a blast, can't wait for the kids to see the dolphins too!

Wendilou-how many people do we have in our fish exchange now? Just looking for a ballpark so I can figure out how many things I'll be making :)

We currently have 8 families signed up that have sent me information. There are 35 people total with 18 of them chidlren.

I had thought of posting this information either this past Tuesday or Wednesday but ran out of time before the holiday.

Just a reminder, we will be closing the FE to new people on January 4th. I will need all information by then if you want to sign up. I update the total number for the FE the next morning. I will sent out a email with all of the FE information within a day or 2 after that day which will include the names and ages (if given) of participants.

My husband is going to do the cigar and rum experience and the kids and I are doing the dolphin experience in Nassau.

KTJ we're getting in 6AM Saturday and staying in Cape Canaveral and going to WDW after the cruise as well. Getting so excited!!!!!

Greetings everyone!
I just booked this cruise last night.

I am interested in the FE. It is me, my hubby Greg and our 10 yo daughter Casey. I did guarantee, so I won't have my cabin assignment until just before, but I will make sure I pass it along as soon as I get it. Can you give me an idea of how many people are already signed up? Also, have you figured out a meet place? Last time our meet/greet was in the Vista Cafe. We had a very large group and the way the cafe is set up, it was very difficult to actually meet or talk to everyone.

We have done several cruises and have done FE before, so if anyone has questions, I'd be happy to share my opinion/experiences. We were on the Fantasy this past August, so anyone new to cruising, I can also give you a lay of the land on the Dream.

Oh, and if anyone has a daughter in the 8-11 range who might like to correspond with mine before the cruise, please PM me. We have done this before and it's fun for the girls to get on board and already "know" someone.

Welcome, krisgils33!!!:cool1:

We haven't set up a meet place yet but the Vista Cafe seems to be the meeting place on board around 3 PM, according to the posts. Do you have any better suggestions?
