I have just booked this cruise. This is my first Disney Cruise. I am super excited!!

Welcome Aboard! I am glad that someone else is on here with me!

My DH & I will be celebrating our 20th anniversary on this cruise. We will be bringing our DDs' along (9 & 7 at time of sailing).

I am already reading the boards daily to try to learn as much as I can about DCL. I am very interested in the Fish Extenders. I am also trying to figure out if I want to try to get into Palo or Remy for our actual anniversary.

That would be a fun anniversary dinner! I don't think we'll be making reservations there, but we're still undecided. We have our son (barely 11) and two daughters (6 and 7). Hopefully we can get a Fish Extender going, that'd be super fun!

Do your children have time off school then or are you taking them out for the cruise? Or are you like me and homeschool? We have vacation days whenever they work best for us.

I had thought about staying at Animal Kingdom before the cruise but my hubby vetoed it. I think we will be in at a value resort before the cruise but we will at least be on Disney property this time (which will be a first for us).

We are booked on Jan. 27 four night Bahama cruise with our two boys aged 6 and 9. We are super excited and would like to participate in the fish extender but are unsure how. Do we need to register or sign up on to a list? Can anyone help? Thanks

Since I started this thread, I am willing to organize FE and meets for it. Since we are all interested in FE, I think we will have enough people to do them. I have already started a list of screen names and the info currently posted.

In the main forum, there are lots of ideas what sort of stuff to do for the FE. It can be items that you purchased or homemade items. I know there is a whole thread about homemade gifts and I think the following should be a link for it:

As to how many, we will need to wait until closer to cruise time to know for sure. I spend the better part of the morning researching on here what info I would need since this is my first Disney Cruise. The majority of groups close the FE about 1 month before the cruise to give plenty of time to get everything together for everyone and to know the exact number then.

We booked our cruise! This will be our first Disney Cruise (actually first cruise ever)

I found out about the fish extenders shortly after booking our cruise and I would love to do this too

We are going to be staying at the new AOA resort after our cruise.

I am really looking forward to the experience for me and my family. My DH & I are being joined with our kiddos DS (4) and DD (8).

We homeschool our daughter. Both the kids with be joining us. Our son's birthday will be 3 days before we disembark
