At Scott and Lynns BBQ at Old Key West on Tuesday, January 25.

At the terminal - I will get there fairly early - you will have to play "Where's Ken" to find me. It probably won't be to difficult - just ask the people with the special lanyards and name badges.

On Deck 12 - Starboard side (that's the ride side of the ship) - overlooking the Mickey and Donalds pools from 2:30 to 3:00pm - if it's raining, I will be on Deck 11, starboard side, between the two pools trying to stay dry.

I am absolutely giddy right now! I just found out that my 2 younger cousins are going to be able to join us on the cruise if we can book a room for them in the morning or add them to our existing reservation!

I tried booking them on-line tonight but I guess since they are minors they can't be booked in a room by themselves. They are 14 & 16 so on the slim chance that there are rooms available near our rooms won't DCL allow us to book them in their own room? Their mom is going and is booked in a room with our grandmother. Does anyone know if DCL will allow room changes at this point? We were thinking maybe we could book one of them in the room with our grandmother and then the other in a new room with their mom. There appear to be quite a few room categories available for our MV sailing, including the coveted interior porthole rooms. I guess they upgraded enough people out of those to open up rooms for last minute add-ons. Hopefully it wasn't an error and something will still be available when I call at 9 a.m. Sunday morning. And if we can't make changes like that to the rooms this late then we will just try to add them to one of our existing rooms if that is possible.

Has anyone ever tried adding people to a cruise this late in the game? I tried searching the forums for something but couldn't find anything other than info about the cruise manifest needing to be completed 48 hours prior to sailing. This is my first DCL cruise so I am not very familiar with all their policies and procedures.

Everyone please send us a little pixie dust in the hopes that this will work out!

We're arriving late, probably about 11, on Tuesday night! We'll be at the Country Inn and Suites and taking their shuttle!

My wife doesn't like to get up and go but for this one she wants to be there as soon as they open. Anyone know what time?

As far as the room tours go...we have signed up to be one of the tour rooms (as well as someone next to us). When will the tour commence? My wife and kids will want to go on the tour so I'll stay behind and host!

Looking forward to meeting new friends and see Chuck, Connie, Pete, Faith, Peter and Courtney from our Baltic trip. Looking forward to meeting Patrick too!

That the Dream now has support stringers running from below the rear port and starboard overhangs of Cabanas. These were not present when she left Europe, but can be seen in various vids (even with welding in process) during the Wonder/Dream horn battle. Here is our current list of those who have said they were coming to the BBQ, if your plans have changed and you are on this list, please let Lynn or Scott know. If anyone else is interested, please let us know ASAP - we need to know how many hot dogs to get!

I think we are looking good on food, if you want to bring something, just bring something that you think folks would enjoy!

I am picky about hot dogs and only get all beef, probably Ball Park will see what Sam’s Club has to offer. If some one wants to bring something different to grill feel free to do so.

As this is a large group and I do not want to upset the DVC Pool Gods, please do not plan on using the pool unless you have pool hopping privileges etc.

We also do not want to upset the Parking Gods, so, if you can, carpool or take Disney transportation! That will leave more spaces to those who have to drive!

Please let us know, via PM or email, what you are planning on bringing and we will up date this post as we receive updates.

Also any help with set up and clean up will be greatly appreciated. Set up will commence at 3:15 ish.

Did anyone else to the RSP for merchandise? I wonder what chances will be for the items. I did bid on one item limited to 25 pieces however I am not holding my breath on that one. It was also interesting that they had be scan my season pass for the discount.

i registered for the RSP, but I don't remember putting in my AP or DVC numbers... but I only put in for a MV pin, so maybe that's why.

Please forgive me but I am in the middle of rereading this thread, which is bringing questions to my mind.

This will be my 3rd Disney cruise however I have never been to the Cape Canaveral port which I understand is a great Disney building. Are there more Character Photo opportunities in Florida than there were in LA and Dover? Is there more to do at the terminal? Should I have my princess 'Princessed' up?
