Thanks to everyone for the BBQ!!!
It was fun until the torrential downpour started...

See you guys/gals tomorrow on the boat.
The lanyards and everything were great.

Can't wait to get on the boat and hopefully this crazy weather will die down before we sail out.

I just want to wish you all the Best time on the DREAM!! Wish we were going with you all but we couldn't with my son being a senior. We are booked for BTB on April 10th. Please give up dates and let all of us know about the food,fun etc.. . I am sure it wil be awesome! Please tell mickey hello from Crystal in PA. I been reading all your posts and Dreaming i could go,so please feel free to share alittle of your DREAM with me lol. Thanks Crystal~ Bonvoyage!!

I agree! And it was great to meet new friends and reunite with our old friends. Can't wait til we cruise tomorrow.

Of course, I would say, let the fun begin, but that already started at the awesome BBQ today that Scott and Lynn hosted (love the party crashers too!)

So......let the fun continue!

gotta get some sleep now, need to get a jump start on Scott and Lynn to the port early in the a.m.

Just made it to Cocoa Beach. Snow and maintenance delay out of Newark.
What time is everyone suggesting to get to the port? Do you think that this is going to be any different than the normal routine because the ship isn't coming off of a full cruise? Any ideas about what time they are going to let us on tomorrow?
We are anxious to see the ship and the kids will be bugging me non stop!
Probably be there by 10:30...Too early?
I seem to remember getting on around noon previously...

Time to play...I spy a Disney Cruise Line Bus. Who will be the ultimate champion........ME........I always beat everyone in my car. Just remember 1 point for every DCL bus you see on the way to the port but you must be first in your vehicle to say "I spy a DCL bus". However, if you say that, and it is NOT a DCL bus, you get minus 2 points. First person to see the Disney Dream yells out "I spy the Disney Dream" and they get 3 bonus points. Game ends when you arrive at the DCL terminal, because there are just way too many buses coming and going at that point. Good luck everyone and see ya later this morning!

Glad everyone had a good time at the BBQ yesterday. We arrived at MCO just as the rain was coming and had a really fun 90-minute drive to the port, listening to the emergency broadcast system on the radio keep moving the tornado warning area directly where we were driving. Fortunately, all is good, and we're getting ready to head over to the port.

Tried a new restaurant (for us) in the Port Canaveral area, and IMO, it's way better than all those places on the water (FishLips, Grills, etc.). Next time you're here, check out Izzy's Bistro - you won't be disappointed.

For anyone changing rooms, it's always hard, but I recommend just making sure you hang your FE outside your room. As I walk along passing out gifts and come across an FE on a room I wasn't expecting, I leave a gift there, too. And if I leave something at the old room, then someone there gets a surprise as well. It won't work for everyone, but it's worth a shot.

Time to go!!!!
