Glad you enjoyed the pics.

The cabin pictured is a Category 8 - Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom
thank you the reason i asked is that i think the cat 8 and 9a are the same but could be wrong we are staying in a 9a .

Nice! I doubt I'll make it back to the US in 2012, but I am not totally ruling out DL Paris!:goodvibes

And now back to the Dreaming..... I have just booked my transfers and am considering the atlantis excursion...

anyone else thinking about excursions?

QUOTE]

We did Atlantis last year on our own via comfort suites - we has a wonderful time!!! And if you never done it and like water parks - it's definetly worth doing once..... even if it a bit pricey.

Last year we booked a room at comfort suite for 200 total (including taxes and all their charges) and we got the bands with no problems but a bit of walk... the frustrating thing about atlantis water park was there were no park maps when we asked around for one.

Hi Debbie -

I don't know if you are :scared1: because you have to make so many connections or because you have to connect through Detroit. If it's the latter, there is no reason to be :scared1:. :lmao:

Not sure if you will have a layover in Detroit or how long it will be but if you do have to deplane in Detroit, make sure you explore the Detroit Metro Airport. There are lots of great shops and restaurants to visit!!

Oh, we find it exciting actually that we will be 'visiting' another city! The :scared1: was purely towards the idea of all that flying and connections over two days! My daughter is actually hoping to find a jacket like Axel Foley's in Beverly Hills Cop! I told her not to count on it. I think we have an hour or two layover.

There doesn't seem to be a good rate on the Comfort Inn and Suites in Nassau, so I think we will just forgo the water park :upsidedow

Dan and I are going to Atlanis in September so we plan on getting off the boat finding a trinket or two for the girls and getting back on to spend the day on a deserted cruise boat :cool1:. We did consider taking a taxi or water taxi to one of the local beaches but decided it's only a 4 day cruise we are going to spend as much time onboard as possible except on Castaway day! If it were just the two of us we would love to see the sites but not with the girls not with a just turned 4 year old, no thanks no need for whining on vacation.

i just posted on the main board...but didn't know if anyone here knows the answer?

i tend to overbuy at shutters. i know that the backdrops will repeat for both cruises, but i have 4 kids...and i'm sure that some of the pics won't turn out for the 1st segment of cruise. does shutters offer any way to "hold" the pics from both segments of cruise, and then i pick a photo package at the end of the b2b? or am i gonna be stuck buying a package from the first seg and then another package on the 2nd seg?

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I haven't posted here for a while, but we have been crazy busy with too much going on. Actually, looks like we will not be sailing with you all this time, my wife's company has changed her vacation schedule and we had to change our cruise dates. We will be sailing right after you all, Sept 8th and 11th, and will be staying at POR until Sept 24th.

I really wish you all a Happy Sailing and definitely look forward to sailing with you folks sometime in the future.

You guys take care,

Dennis :flower3:

Hi All ,
I just wanted to say plans are right now going smoothly for us . So onto my main project in about hopefully 2 weeks i will have 2 designs to choose from for the shirts i want to make , i will post pictures but i will give you a hint for the first one is a vinalmation dream one . if anyone is still intrested in the shirts just post me and for anyone new , i will be making shirts for this dream cruise , the only cost i will ask for is to cover the cost of the shirt and the decal i use for this . im not looking to make a penny off of this but it would look cool to see many people wearing the same shirt. :wizard:

Hi everyone! I am still plugging alone waiting for August to come:goodvibes
Waiting for Southwest to open up August to purchase plane tickets, got room reserved and the rental car for one way ( just need to put in the times once I get airfare ) and then start saving for our excursions (after our vacation to florida in April!) Love seeing the pictures, all the stuff on tv!

Jeff is taking a nap and asked me to get these two pictures on this thread for him. Later this evening he will explain...

I can understand that !!!

I also checked Comfort Inn and Suites and gave up once I saw the daily rates. Oh well, maybe next time.

Check as we get closer to the cruise date, I think a reasonable rate will be avail btwn now and then...
