Disney Dream August 1-5, 2016 (2nd FE Group Sign-Up)

Hello Everyone,

Since Grandma Debbie's FE group is full for this cruise and there are still some people who are still interested in doing FE, I have decided to start a second group to see how many more we can get. This is my first cruise and my first time organizing this and Grandma Debbie has so graciously helped me get started. Please bare with me as this is new to me, but I promise to do the best I can. This group will be limited to 20 cabins. We will have a name and I will email you with more details about the group as soon as I add your name. Please private message me if you are interested and I will give you my email address so you can send me the information needed for the group. I will send out an email at least a month before the cruise, if not before, so you should have plenty of time to organize the FE gifts. If you have any questions, please let me know.

I took that aspect out... It was a suggestion by Grandma Debbie and I was just trying to follow her suggestions. Obviously it is confusing and probably not necessary so please disregard that. I'm removing it from the thread. Sorry..Its my first time trying to organize something like this and I'm open to suggestions. Thanks again

Basically I think it was to keep everyone from trying to deliver at one time, but that was just my hunch. I will have to ask Grandma Debbie for sure why the split times. I am told now that basically it is supposed to be random anyway so maybe this wouldn't have been a problem. So i just took that aspect out and won't even suggest it. I hope I wasn't causing any confusion.

Okay. I've participated in FE before, but never run one. Every FE is run a little differently. I know on my last one someone suggested a sign up for delivering gifts on different days, but the leader had done a FE before and didn't feel a schedule for delivery was necessary. He was right. It was a 7 night cruise and we got gifts every day and at very different times. We found some when leaving the room for breakfast, when stopping by in the middle of the day, and when coming back after second seating dining. I really didn't expect to get gifts after the second or third day and was surprised to still find gifts on our CC day, the last day of the cruise. Luckily those were delivered early enough in the day that everyone could pack them in their bags before they put the luggage out on the last night. It was a really fun experience. Thank you so much for setting up a new group!

This sounds great and I'm hoping that's how it works out for everyone. I think a no schedule will work as I'm sure it has before. Thanks so much for your input and for signing up!!

I am interested in joining the group. I just learned of this and I know my 3 year old will LOVE this! I'm hoping it's not too late (fingers crossed)
