So far I think only 2 of us have spoken up and staying there - but there maybe more lurking

I am looking for some new pictures for our door. I have the same few I use every time (which is fine) but I was looking for something new. Anyway, when I went to the photobucket area for pictures in the creative part of the forms and downloaded the picture, the resolution was horrible. I have printshop so I hated to ask the owner to do one for me when I can add the writing and things like that myself. Any pointers?

Happy belated birthday to both Angies and congrats on the new job and iPad!

I love the idea of buying more points but we are not ready for that yet. Are most people on here DVC members too?

Can't wait, getting closer by the minute!!

I downloaded the Disney font and was able too add our names with my paint on my laptop...They turned out so good....

I am thinking I will make a couple magnets out of them for my door too...

Thanks on the orange shirt comments...It was an old T-shirt, and after seeing the design, thought it would look good. After that test, We are going out this weekend to see if we can find a similar color for our real shirts!

The FE2 has been slow, and time is a ticking....so I will offer this to those who sign up....If I get more than 10 families sign up for the second Fish Extender Exchange (dubbed FE2), one of those families will get a certificate for a dinner at a restaurant..something like a Red Lobster, Chilis, Olive Garden, etc. It will be my two boys choice as far as which cabin gets it.....probably based on decorations, knowing my sons!

SO....Come on! Sign up for some fun!

If you get enough people, we would be happy to participate in the FE2. We are also in the original FE, but we have plenty of gifts, so no problem doing both! Sent you a PM with details.

Is it FRIDAY yet?????? Went to the doctor today and got the ALL CLEAR to go on vacation and I can resume ALL normal activity which means I can go SWIMMING on CC!!!! I couldn't even imagine just wading in the water watching you all have FUN (and stay cool!!!). So the green light is GREEN!!!!

Now if I could just find time to finish all of my FE's, magnets, etc.... I'd be GOLDEN. I only picked up 6hrs of work the week before the cruise- mostly because I have SO much to get done!! My spare bedroom looks like a war room full of FE stuff and things for the cruise!!

Someone asked me today when we were leaving and I said "2 and a half weeks" and it hit me - WE ARE LEAVING IN 2 AND A HALF WEEKS!!!!

I just lost a week! I finally got a chance to catch up on posts... I was about 25 pages behind. Work has been crazy busy and has been getting in my way of cruise planning! I was thinking this Friday will be 3 weeks to go, so imagine my surprise when I came across philatiger's post for the 3 week countdown. Yikes! He's going to be sending that 2 week countdown in just a couple days. Not sure how I am going to be ready, but bring it on!

Post-cruise: We will be staying at AKV (Kidani). We are DVC members and own at VWL and BCV. DD19 wanted to try something new; it was between BLT and AKV and she chose AKV.

My FEs are DONE!

I'm going to just put them in my suitcase. Here's a sneakpeak:

heehee. I got them to fit in a wipes box, a shoebox, a 6"squared shipping box and a target sack. Total of 11 pounds, so I'll split between the two suitcases!


As far as I understood, the FE list is complete except for no Unixadm on it, since we can add them if we want (or not lol!). If you want to include Unixadm in your FE fun, I'd just suggest sending your info to him in a PM so he can have you on his list as well. Right?

I had some random questions on rooms, etc on the FE list that I sent to a few people...but other than that, i'm ready to sail

wow lots of posts today!

Everyone seems to be very busy. I've been trying to keep myself busy so I don't burst from anticipation & excitement. I've been working and today I went & got my hair trimmed by my friend for the wedding. Which is in 10 days! =O
We talked about some plans for this weekend, the batchlorette party! I say some because they won't tell me anything but where we are doing and when we are leaving.

You are all so productive with your door art & FE. I wish I could be doing that too but weddings are a lot of $$$. So the week between the wedding & cruise I will be very busy! haha. Making magnets for the door, shirts for us, & FE gifts. Oh! AND packing.
but I can NOT wait.

Don't worry I will still be checking the site this weekend... can't stay away.

Excellent choice. We were in a GV at Kadani. It was beautiful. Loved watching the animals.

I think you should give us blow-by-blow updates from the wedding weekend...or the bachelorette party. Kind of like dis-tweeting. Then we can all pretend we are there!!!

So, I just had to share this. Today has been GREAT! First OKC got lots of wonderful rain! Haven't had that in a long time! Second I found out that the naming contest for the Baby Elephant at our zoo was named Malee(The one I wanted). And lastly, I was Chock-fil-a's fan of the month and receive free chick-fil-a stuff! AND we're only a hop skip and a jump away from our cruise!!!! LIFE IS GOOD!!!
