So, I just had to share this. Today has been GREAT! First OKC got lots of wonderful rain! Haven't had that in a long time! Second I found out that the naming contest for the Baby Elephant at our zoo was named Malee(The one I wanted). And lastly, I was Chock-fil-a's fan of the month and receive free chick-fil-a stuff! AND we're only a hop skip and a jump away from our cruise!!!! LIFE IS GOOD!!!

I love Chic Fil A! We just ate their tonight. I am sooo ready for the cruise, but think I need another week to get things done.

wow lots of posts today!

Everyone seems to be very busy. I've been trying to keep myself busy so I don't burst from anticipation & excitement. I've been working and today I went & got my hair trimmed by my friend for the wedding. Which is in 10 days! =O
We talked about some plans for this weekend, the batchlorette party! I say some because they won't tell me anything but where we are doing and when we are leaving.

You are all so productive with your door art & FE. I wish I could be doing that too but weddings are a lot of $$$. So the week between the wedding & cruise I will be very busy! haha. Making magnets for the door, shirts for us, & FE gifts. Oh! AND packing.
but I can NOT wait.

Don't worry I will still be checking the site this weekend... can't stay away.

I think you should give us blow-by-blow updates from the wedding weekend...or the bachelorette party. Kind of like dis-tweeting. Then we can all pretend we are there!!!

So for those of you staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge that may not know... there is a WONDERFUL countertop service restaurant called "Mara". It is my favorite!! We go there everytime we go to Disney World and we have never stayed at AKL. They have an amazing flatbread chicken pizza !!! They also serve hamburgers and other pizzas that my kids and DH really like. We are at BLT this time prior to cruise but we will make our way to Mara on Friday or Saturday

Hi everyone. I'm not on your cruise, but I was wondering if you knew what your other shows were going to be, besides Golden Mickeys, Villians, and Believe.

I'd bet heavily that Pirates 4 will be showing - timing might be a bit weird tho. Dec 2009 Disney showed the Princess and the Frog one of the 4 nights, but I expect Pirates would be longer than Froggie.

We'll see you there if all goes well and our flight gets in on time. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

We do love Mara at AKL....Will be eating there for sure.
We also plan too have breakfast at Boma on Sunday morning....I love the breakfast there. I think AKV is my favorite resort of all.[/B]

Looks like the Saturday eve DTD greet on the roll call says Ghiradelli at 6ish... who plans on being there for that?

When we get this close all I want to do is spend my entire day (yes even at work, shameful, I know) on the Disboards. This is not good because I have some major things to accomplish at work before I can go away. Work is getting in the way of my trip planning, but without it I wouldn't be able to go on this fabulous cruise followed by 9 days at WDW. May I have a show of hands of any one else who has the same problem?

Based on the pictures from abcangie87 and her FE stuff, I'm feeling inadequate!!! Acutally, mine haven't even arrived yet!

MUST go back to work now.

I'm sorry I've been MIA, I had an unexpected week long business trip to the West Coast. Which seriously interferes with my cruise planning and packing! Anyway, I think we should add unixadm as a late. I did sign up with his list too. I will update the list later today and email / PM those people who contacted me recently. Just been totally swamped here with work. Sorry! I need a vacation!!!

Ok, really, I am getting back to work, really.

Angie (greatwhitenorth) and I are going too Palo for dinner our first night at 8pm..What a way too kick off vacation..... My best friend cancelled her cruise 2 days before final pmt... So I did not want too miss Palo so I turned too my old friends on the DIS for a dinner date....I knew I would find one.
It is so good...I can not wait!!!

We are doing Palo for dinner the last night. The brunch was all booked by the time our window opened up so I guess not for us this trip. Decided not to do Remy's since I don't eat many of the items on the menu.

I KNOW! I am doing the same thing. I need to be working, working, working but all I do is think about cruising. I am pretty sure that is a sign that I NEED this vacation!
