DISNEY DREAM 5-nights May 29th, 2011

I have spent the day going thru all the post trying to gather more information for the FE's. Now I am wondering if TiffJ and family are still in the FE.

I saw her post back in the 600 and know that alot can change. If anyone knows please let us know as we would hate to leave anyone out.

so I have decided to be "here's a picture to get you thru one more Monday" girl!!

It won't be long till we're falling in love with this ship, having a great time with our friends and family, and double dipping at Castaway Cay!!

Sigh.... Beautiful picture! My kids went back to school today after a week of spring break. We are in the home stretch now!

I am not much of a seamstress. My mom and MIL are great. My MIL even has an embroider machine and does all sorts of nifty things at my request (we'll have matching shirts for embarkation day, etc). But I really wanted to do this all on my own.

I'm channelling my inner 3 year old "I can do it by myself!!!!"

ANYWHO! I thought about asking MIL to embroider something for the top, but I decided to go retro and break out the PUFF PAINT.

I think it turned out cute though nowhere near perfect. i just want to tell you now, that there is a lot more to do on a Disney cruise that look at my unstraight lines.

oh and as predicted, DH did not want our names on it. So the mickey buttons say "mom" and "dad" and the minnie skirt says "munchkins" (a little nod to the fact we are from Kansas!).

Me me me!!! Everything revolves around it... Had to have hair done on time, but not too late so that it will interfere with being in the sun/pool. need order some new luggage. make my fe's. dr's appts before.... so much to do, so little time. my husband just shakes his head.....

Last call for FE sign up! Friday is the last day for sign up. This allows every one plenty of time to finish what they are doing for FE's. I hope everyone who wants to, does join us.

Remember this is Disney people you are cruisin with. Most people who do FE's are not about "what can I get", they just like sharing. So if you're worried that you can't "give" too much, it's really, truly about the thought and not the cost of your gift. So I hope you join us!

I sent TiffJ a PM to see if she is still on our cruise & if she is she needs to let us know about FE by Friday. Hope she's still with us and just busy right now. I went to some of her other posts & she was talking about being in MK in February. I'll let you know if I hear back from her.

Anyway, you can just give me the information here. I just need the names of everyone and the ages of the kids. then I'll add you to the list. there will a final list by this weekend. Welcome aboard! And let us know if you have any questions about FE's and such!

Wonderful. I didn't even think of that. I know that she was talking about already having her FE's started so I was really wondering.

On another note. I stumpled across another cruiser of fb who will be on our cruise for their honeymoon. I told her about our cruise family so hopefully we will be hearing from her soon.

My sister has been a work horse over the weekend. She has all of our FE's for the females started and now I belive it will be up to me to finish. They are looking so good I can't wait to spread a small amount of pixie dust!!!

Anywho, starting to think of things to start gathering in prep for the cruise. picking up a travel sized this or that when I stop in at walmart, etc.

What do you often forget until the last minute?

Today I ordered my Disney Visa rewards card! It takes about a week to get here. SO if you are a Disney Visa person, don't forget to get your rewards card or get your points moved over to your current card

Then you will have some extra $$ to buy me a round of bingo

Do anything fun this weekend?

I am there. I seem to have every event leading up to the cruise somehow related to the cruise. We leave on the 25th for the first cruise on the 26th.

We are going to head to the school and pick up some report cards and skip our annual breakfast and off to the airport we go...

Congratulations!! How exciting for you. My wedding was in 2003 & we also went on a cruise for our honeymoon, not disney mind you but it was so relaxing. Great choice. I am very excited about this cruise & like others on the board think about it constantly Planning & organizing!! I found this board a few weeks ago & have gotten some great tips! These guys are awesome. All the best & hope you have a wonderful wedding.
