Looks and sounds good to me. Even here in Texas we have just now thawed out from a week of ice and snow. The kids missed 4 days of school in one week! Guess we find out next week what the make-up plan is. They go to private school, so usually don't have to make-up snow days, but we don't usually have so many. Considering we are planning on leaving the last day of school, I am a little nervous!
I was glad to see Star Wars Weekends officially announced. Since we were planning on doing that after the cruise, it would have been a bummer if they weren't at that time. I would love to go the weekend directly before the cruise since Anthony Daniels will be there, but can't for the aforementioned reason.

I officiallyi can't take it any more- rain yesterday made the snow heavier. This past week the stat reported approximatly 50 roof collapses due to the weight of the snow - including some schools. The town next to mine has closed schools on Mon & Tues not due to snow, but to get the snow OFF the roofs so they don't collapse. I have no idea what the plan is for my town to get snow off the roofs but it worries me. We're expecting another 3-5" in Tues - more if the storm shifts. Then another potential storm NEXT weekend - too soon to tell what that one will do but I'm SO done with this.
I swear if I could get a cruise on any Disney ship now I'd jump all over that, and then STAY on the damn ship until after the spring thaw. I don't care if I have to stow away in a steamer trunk!!

That's horrible about the roof collapses and a smart idea to get the snow off the roofs. We now have a leak in our family room and with all the snow the roofer can't figure out where it is coming in. And to top it off this is a new roof.... ugh I love looking at buckets.

We are going to SWW the weekend before and after the cruise. My dh and kids are huge SW fans. I am not, but have a really good time going to SWW. My kids get out of school May 25.
Last year, we had great seats for the parade. One of the castmembers pulled us from our place and put us in the VIP seating area.

That is terrible! I am so glad I live in the South. I could never deal with all that snow. I hate the cold! We have had too much snow this year. It even snowed on Feb 3, but lightly and did not stick. It is usually exciting for me when we get snow, but the excitement only lasts about an hour or 2.

We (DD19 and I) just booked this cruise and are very excited. We recently returned from the 15 night Panama Canal repo cruise on the Wonder. As we left Port Canaveral, we passed by the Dream. And we have been reading all the information about the Dream and seeing all the pictures, and we just knew we couldn't wait until 2012 for our first cruise on that beautiful ship.

We have an 11B GTY. Will be fun to see the virtual porthole. We were not able to dock at Castaway Cay on our PC cruise in January, so the double dip will make up for it.

We are platinum members, and I was able to book Palo and Remy as my window has already opened and I made final payment.

Please add us to the roll call. I hope we are not too late to get in on the FE. I sent a PM asking to join in on the FE fun. Looking forward to meeting everyone and catching up on reading all the pages on this thread.

I KNOW I'll enjoy it- I've wanted one since they came out but DH wouldn't let us switch carries so it's been a LONG few years!!! I only hope they don't run out before we're upgrade eligible (in about a week). I know they''ll ship it to me but that's just not the same as walking out with it active!!!

Things are actually looking pretty good up here near Philly after tomorrow! The daytime high will get all the way up into the 40's and close to 50 on a few of the days, and it may last all the way to the end of next week!!

Yeah, I know, how pathetic is that when you're feeling good about temperature in the 40's. But I'll take any little hint of spring's arrival whenever I can.

40 degrees & up is motorcycle weather. Now all we need to do is get rid of this snow & ice. Had the bikes running last Sunday. Have them on trickle chargers all winter so that the first day it's nice enough we can get them out & go for a ride. Can't wait! Other than the cruise, this is one of the things I am looking forward to in Spring.

The weather has been great... no snow in 8 days and none in the forecast....

I have a convertible, my rule is over 50 the top comes down and if it's a little cool I just roll up the windows and turn up the heat ... maybe on Sunday.
