DISNEY DREAM 5-nights May 29th, 2011

So, in the end I'm going to need number of adult male, adult female and number of kids for each cabin because some folks make FEs in all diff combinations (only kids, 1 per cabin, gifts for a specific gender and age). So what do you think of creating a google spreadsheet (with a password for our group - our just you and I) that has our dis board names, name and ages of each person in cabin, participate in FE, cabin number, favorite character. We can start with that, I know that on the last one I did, they had alot of other info too (but I don't we fully need that). But if you (or anyone in group) don't like that idea of keeping an online spreadsheet, probably have them PM me if they are interested in the FE.

Does anyone else have an opinion on this? I think our group is probably going to get big, since we're more than a year out and they've already sold out through the non-verandah rooms.

I agree, the group will prob get a lot bigger that's why I thought to get things going now before this thread really gets moving.

I think who ever is handling it (right now you) should make it as easy as possible for themselves. IMHO, I think a spreadsheet would be a great idea, especially if everyone can see it. I would definitley limit the number of people who can actually make changes to it though if that is possible. It would help reduce accidental changes.

Anyone else have any thoughts or ideas?

Also looking for ideas on a theme or group name for the cruise!!!!

I agree.... it looks amazing... we unfortunatley have a long wait.... At least we have the maigc in October to look forward to.

We had just gotten thru the security line at MK 2 years ago when someone pointed out the shuttle going up. It is really cool to see. When we go down in September the shuttle is SUPPOSED to be going up on Thursday of that week. Keeping my fingers crossed that it at least goes up before we have to leave to come home.

We decided to cancel this cruise on the Disney Dream. We just returned from 4-nights on the Wonder and it was just way too short when compared to our past cruises. We transferred our on-board reservation over to another 4-night cruise without the kids to celebrate our 20th anniversary, but we're going to wait until one of the new ships offers a 7-night cruise for our next family cruise.

We were looking forward to experiencing the new ship, but just want a little bit more time onboard to enjoy it.
