Disney Dream 3 night 9/18/14

Booked for our 23rd anniversary :cool1: We just did a cruise with the kids for spring break, now it's our turn. We've been on several Disney cruises, but this will be our first by ourselves :woohoo:. Super excited!

Hello!
This will be our families first cruise! It will be me, my husband, my sister and our 10 year old daughter? I am VERY excited!!!!. I am looking for any advice for a newbie! Also curios about the fish extenders.

I just signed up for the cruise today(I'm a bargain shopper and found an airfare sale and free dining at WDW, so I decided this was how we would celebrate our anniversary). This will be our 3rd Disney Cruise. It's just me (Jean) and my dh (Curt) and we are empty nesters from Idaho. We have one son, who is also a Disney Fanatic, who won't be able to come with us this time. I don't think we will even tell him about it until after we get home. Both our other cruises were on the Wonder so we are looking forward to checking out the Dream!

Just found this post and would love to do a fish extender. I did our first one in May on the Alaska Cruise and it was a lot of fun. Just requested to join group on fb pirate:

My DH (Curtis) and I (Melissa) will be joining everyone on this cruise. This is our first Disney cruise and we are very excited! If anyone has any tips for the cruise or for FE gifts I would love to hear them! TIA

Several of us are interested in doing the Mixology class on the cruise. If we can get 25 people to sign up we can get a private class going. Several of us on the FB group have signed up. It's $15 for the class.

I'm posting here so that those who aren't on FB can sign up for the fun too. I did the class on my last cruise and it was A LOT of fun.

You can respond here or PM me if you're interested. I would need the name and stateroom # for those who are interested. If you don't have your stateroom # yet, you can provide it once you receive it. (We can only reserve the class when we're 30 days out.)

Hellooooo! Just booked our Disney Dream Cruise and can hardly wait to go. This will be our first Disney cruise. We will be going with my sister and her family. They have been on a couple of Disney cruises, but have never done fish extenders. It sounds like such a FUN idea. I googled it and found a link that brought me here. Is anyone interested and if so what do we do next

I am excited to be going on our 2nd Disney Cruise. The first cruise we did not have any idea as to the fish extenders and we would like to participate in it this time around. How do you sign up for one?

welcome! this will be our first disney cruise....:goodvibes
there is a facebook page set up with 2 fish extender groups for our cruise... if you search;

Disney Dream September 18-21, 2014

Trying to get ready for the cruise. Is anyone participating in the FISH EXTENDERS? How many items should we plan to bring for this?

Just signed up for this board.

if you are on the facebook group you will get quicker answers on there... there are 2 groups for our cruise... 1st ones full, not sure when they close the 2nd one. its basically up to you what you decide to do; some people give a 'cabin' gift containing things for the family and others give individual gifts; couples gifts for the adults; or just to the children, its entirely your choice....
there is also a few facebook FE groups for some ideas...;)

My family and I are going on our first cruise period. We are excited that it's a Disney cruise in the bahamas. We are also staying in Orlando after the cruise and visiting the Disney parks as well as other Parks. What do you normal cruisers give your kids to prevent motion sickness? I have a 2yr and 8yr.

:cool1:

Welcome aboard. In my experience, kids do better with the motion than adults do. We had 3 on our last cruise (5, 4, 1) and none of them needed any meds.

i'm sure they are all closed now; most groups close near to sail date to give time to make/prepare gifts for everyone in the groups...
