For those of you who have done a Disney Cruise before what is the dress attire like? Do they do a captains dinner and if so how dressed up do ppl get ? Ive only been on one other cruise with Carnival and they got pretty dressed up on that ship for the Captains dinner just want to be prepared
Also what excursions do you reccomend in Nassau my son wants to do Atlantis but thats just a lil too pricey for a few hours

There will be a dress up night, but they don't do a captain's dinner. You do a dinner rotation where you'll eat in restaurant #1 for the first night, restaurant #2 on the second night, restaurant #3 on the third night. One night you'll eat in your designated restaurant for Pirate Night. Since we did a four night last year, that's all I know. I don't know how they will handle the fifth night.

We didn't do an excursion in Naussau because we sailed within the first month of them launching the Dream. We spent time on the boat, exploring and meeting the princesses while everyone else left the boat. It was great and the best idea we had.

Just wanted to post again and see if anyone is interested in doing a FE exchange? I would be willing to set it up (did in a past cruise).

BTW....142 days until cruise!!

Dawn it could be because you and your son are friends . Are you facebook friends with the others? That maybe why they cant find it if they are not your friend You would still have to accept them to your group but Im thinking they have to be your friend first to be able to search it and find it. I could be wrong but I have a few other friends that have groups like that and I believe they have to be your friend even though you would have to approve them to the group . I just searched a few different ways and still couldnt find it If you made it an Open group we would most likely be able to find it with out being friends .

I talked to my friend who also has one of those private groups she seems to be able to add the people as friends add them to the group and then delete them as friends if they or you so choose and she says they will remain in the group Idk I have never tried it but she's done this a few times so i just wanted to pass along the info to you

Can't wait for this date... I''ll be cruising with my boy 11, girl who will be turning 21 on June 30, her boyfriend and my husband. This will be our second cruise on the DC, have tried others but nothing compares to this wonderful experience. If anyone wants to share the excitement let me know

That's Awesome !! We have a large group going

Me Celebrating my 40th which isn't til July, DH , DD (17) Celebrating High School Graduation, DS (13) , Then a friend who has a DD(15) and DS(13) and My SIL and MIL and Niece (16), Nephew (13), Nephew (12).

We can't wait we're thrilled it's everyone's first cruise except Myself and SIL and neither of us have ever Cruised with Disney we're Carnival cruisers LOL!
We have heard so many awesome things about Disney can't wait til June gets here !!

We are paid in full today! Only 120 days to go! We are driving from Kansas City and spending the week before the cruise in palm coast for a celebration vacation with my husband's family for my mils retirement. We will drive to the port Friday morning. It will be here soon!!
