I came up with a quick logo for the group (thinking t-shirts, beach bags, etc). I'm no graphics guru, so if anyone wants to replace it with something else, no hurt feelings here :)

The face book link wont let me click thru! Does someone need to add me first, or... ?

I just tried to join the Facebook page as well. After I clicked Join Group, it showed Closed Group on the left. Does someone grant access?

We are an extended family of 10, 2 grandparents, 2 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, 3 granddaughters and a grandson going on the Dream, our first DCL cruise, our 2nd cruise together.

Welcome! I have a 6yr daughter and 10yr son going, this will be our first cruise ever. To sign up for the fish extenders go to the first page of this thread. Look for The second post from the queen mum, her pic is mom long blonde hair and sunglasses with daughter. Heidi....sorry I spelled your name wrong, cant figurevout how to change it.

We have been confirmed for the this cruise and have received our flight info. We are 37 and 38 with 2 daughters 5 and 7. This will be my 13th cruise but first disney cruise. This cruise is also my 5 year old Caitlyn's Make a Wish cruise. Last july she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer call ewings sarcoma. A year later and 17 rounds of chemo later she is cancer free. So as she has been to disney several times and many cruises this one will take the cake. We are also going to disney and parks prior to sneak in alittle extra fun.

I would like to set up the fe for my girls. How do i go about getting or making one? Making one would probably be a fun project for them to make.

We won't be getting off the boat at nassau for the same reasons as others posted. We want to spend our time on the boat having fun. We should make a list of things to not miss on the ship.

Welcome Everyone!
Make sure you check out our facebook group and sign up for the Fish Extender group doc if you want to participate. :)

Oh to each his own, but we love Nassau, We have vacationed at Atlantis multiple times over the years and it never gets old. The kids just love the water park.

Can't wait for December!

Nanookz, we are a family of 10 + 1 friend, cruising on our 4th DCL Cruise. Our first was also a Make a Wish cruise! My daughter, now 14, was diagnosed with Leukemia when she was 5, and we went on the Wonder in 2004. What was GREAT is that two cruises later, she ran into her Make a Wish cruise coordinator when we were back on the Wonder! She was then 9 years old, and Kristopher was happy to see her growing up and healthy. Congratulations to Caitlyn's finishing Chemo and being cancer free. It's a great milestone, we understand! Emily had 2 1/2 years of chemo, and on the very last day of taking her daily pills, we took a picture of her dressed in her Minnie Mouse outfit, because that's how she wanted it!

One more thing to check off our list...cruise is paid in full!!!:thumbsup2:cool1:

Planning to do this cruise. Will be the second time for myself, the hubby and my 21 year old son. This time we are also taking my 11 and 13 year old nieces. Should be interesting. They have never been on a plane or a ship. Plan to do the disney world thing after the cruise for X-mas.:santa:

We had planned to go to Shades of Green for Christmas after getting off the ship, but those dates are black outs for the new military discount tickets. Sooooo, we rebooked and we're leaving tomorrow night! Bigger bonus, the hotel was able to switch our reservations and give us a 30% off on the hotel rates! It's a last minute special for August they were offering. Thanks Shades of Green! We'll still see you on the cruise in December, but we'll be partying with the Mouse in 45 hours!!
