Disney dream - 01-30-11

Hey There....

Since there was no thread (that I saw) I thought I would start one for the second sailing of the big and beautiful Disney Dream!!!

Any other cruisers on this date out there??....I know there are at least a few of you because I read that a few are back to back cruisers with the Maiden Voyage of the Dream as we are.

Yep, we are on the MV of the Dream but felt 4 days would be way too short to explore this great new addition to the Disney fleet so we booked the January 30th cruise as well to make it an 8 nighter!!! Plus, 8 nights away to warmer weather from New York is always a good thing!!!

Anyone else out there going either as a back to back (before or after this cruise) or a single cruise???

Awesome....now we just have to wait it out!!! Were you able to get the same cabin for both cruises? We were not as we decided on the Jan 30th cruise a few weeks after we booked the MV on the first day. We are on Deck 2 first cruise and then Deck 8 for second cruise.

We'll be with you, too! I was thinking about starting a thread as well. I'm amazed that it took that long to get one going. I know there is several on the MV with a B2B on this one.

Hi All,

Count us in.

We're doing the MV B2B with this one. As everyone knows 4 days is just too short. We'll need the first cruise just to find our way around the Dream.

After seeing the Dream preview at the D23 Expo in CA last September this will be one fun voyage (not that they all aren't ).

Thanks for the link mom! Yep, we will be joining too, 4 days is just too short for us!!!! We will be staying in the same room, I just didn't feel like packing and unpacking twice! Look forward to meeting you all.

I believe we have sailed with first timers before on the first 10 day Southern Carribbean cruise in 2006! I think we even have pictures of you and your wife at dinner one night! I have to try and find those pics now! Here was a pic of our clan from that cruise:

We are doing great. We have now done 40 Disney cruises so please excuse me if I don't remember your names. I am sure I will remember you when I see you, I'm just bad with names. I can remember Carolyn's name, we celebrated our 59th wedding anniversery last month .
