Disney done differently, (BOG dining updates pages 202 and 203)

That was cool Tink!!!! It is neat to see that someone recognizes you. Kinda creepy feeling to be watched tho!!!

I never try to eat breakfast in the parks anymore, unless it's a TS place. The resorts all have the best breakfasts, but of course I'm partial to the Mickey Waffles!!! I will swear til the day I die that they put crack in them things.....AND the popcorn!!! HAHA

And ya'll with the teenagers driving....holy crap!!! I can't even THINK of that right now, even tho Tyler sits in my car and calls me a shorty, since his legs are longer than mine!! Every time we go to Test Track too, he has to sit in ALLLLL the cars at the end!!! He did that last weekend and Kendra laughed at us!!! He's only 13!! Sami will get her permit this year....on that one, GOD help us!!!! LOL I better call my insurance company, see if she's covered for when we have her!! AAHH!! LOL

I'm kind of use to people staring. The big kid in a stroller often gets glares. Their stroller as wheelchair sticker caught my eye right away too.

At least I know I'm safe on Florida roads for another year, lol!

Jedi Training Academy August 28, 11:45AM​

The children were taken to a shady spot under an umbrella to wait.

They were given their jedi cloaks. The CM assisted Anakin with getting his on. Very kind of her!

Rules for the parents were explained.

Photopass tickets were handed out.

They waited around for a few minutes.

They were lined up and taken up the steps to the stage.

The host appeared and revealed herself.

The children were asked to stand on circles on the stage. Every effort was made to put the small children in the front.

I couldn't see Anakin so I handed off the camera to Goofy who had a better vantage point.

The training began.

And just in time.

This Photopass photographer took awesome pics!! Can't wait to get the disc. I finished the editing last night. But since we hope to go this weekend I'm waiting to see if we take pics there. MK is decorated for Halloween, might look for some Mickey pumpkin decorations.

i have a few pages to catch up on- but i wanted to comment in case i dont get finished today.

the room and grounds are beautiful! i love the free marshmellows and the pool movie!

as for the photopass cd, you do change the size while you are making edits.
go to the original picture, and on the right side, tehre is a drop down menu to select what you are "ordering"- 4X6, 8X10, 5X7, wallets, etc. so select your size and then do whatever cropping, borders, etc. when you get your disc, each photo will be labeled with its size. they didn't use to do that and it is a nice feature! hope that makes sense!

He had a blast! Can you imagine, he said that he liked the Disney Junior show every bit as much as Jedi Training. So much that he wants to go back to DHS to see the show again. He didn't ask to do Jedi Training again.

Coming up very soon will be more pics of the grounds. We walked around during the day and again at night just to take pics!

At the end of Jedi training, they get a diploma.

Check this out!!!!!! In March, when we stayed at Disney he couldn't go down steps without assistance. Look at this!!! 4 steps going SOLO!!!!

After Jedi Training, we ate lunch at the ABC Commissary, rode TSM and Star Tours. We finally had a different ending to the ride!!!!!

Then we headed back to the resort to rest.

You know it!!! I am just amazed how much improvement we've seen! It's a wonder how the brain works and how things previously mastered can be totally forgotten and need to be relearned. Here's hoping for no more set backs and continuous improvements!!
