Disney done differently, (BOG dining updates pages 202 and 203)

Awesome update!! Never been to Sea World's halloween thingie, maybe one year we can go :) Goofy and Grumpy look like twins with their shirts!!! :)

I hope you get there some day. It's nice. With Sea World's pay one day play all year, it's really worth it. Though we have 2 park annual passes, Sea World and Busch Gardens.

We keep Reel Legends in business!! Grumpy has 4 different yellow shirts like that. He has other colors, but keeps grabbing the yellow to wear.

We really need to get back to Sea World; great update.

Thanks! We just did those few things, but it was a very enjoyable afternoon!! Sea World is a great park. I love their dolphin show, it's a blend of cirque de soliel, dolphin show, bird show and whale show. It's amazing and has plenty of interaction with the trainers and animals.

Great update. Looks like a fun time. We have only been to SW once and that was years ago.

I feel so bad for that woman... it is terrifying when a little one gets out of sight. :sad2:

Thanks. We don't go to SW very often. Halloween and Christmas seem to be it mostly. We haven't been to Universal since March when we got our APs we went twice the one weekend and not since. I'm sure we'll check out Grinchmas in December.

I've been trying to continue the updates, but the photobucket tab keeps closing on me, and giving me an error message, data execution prevention error. I promise you I will get to that carriage ride eventually! Whenever photobucket cooperates for me!

Day 2 Campfire

After a little rest which was very hard for Anakin, we got ready for the campfire. For over a week, he had been excited about the Saturday movie on Disney XD. He was nearly traumatized when he learned we would be at Disney on Saturday night when his movie was on. We had to add it to the Saturday schedule. He was afraid if we went to the campfire, he’d miss his movie. Adding on to that our plan to eat dinner at the Pepper Market…he was very nervous he’d run out of time and miss his movie!

He had a great time at the campfire. There was a 4 marshmellow maximum, and this time he made 4. He ate one, I had one and Goofy ate 2.

I took pictures along the way, another stressor, but he was a good sport.
I didn’t realize the Cabanas had so many hammocks. I didn’t remember seeing this many last time.

Up next, the Pepper Market

I read about the marshmallow roasting activities and it sounds like so much fun for the kids... but... and I am not an overly safety conscious person, but... that open fire pit seems like an accident waiting to happen.

Great pics of CSR!

WOW...the fence wall around the dolphins at Sea World is HIGH...almost too high to feed the dolphins. In San Antonio the wall is right a chest level with no fence...a much closer experience with the dolpins.

The smores/campfire looks like so much fun...almost makes me wish for summer again at the cabin...we did not get to roast many marshmellows or have open fires due to the lack of rain.

This is what I found, there were too many kids there unattended by parents. The activity team is very good at stating the rules prior to handing out any sticks. They also quizzed the kids about the rules. There was no standing on the rocks/stones, had to stay in the sand with a stick, no waving sticks around, blow out mellow right away if on fire, no breaking sticks, and 4 marshmellow limit. They were very strict with their rules.

There were no rules when we were there in August. Kids took the sticks with them. There were some "light saber" battles. So good thing that has ended. Those kids with sticks were dangerous, especially inside the enclosed slide!!

Great Rancho pictures.

And even GREATER bubble! :lmao::lmao::lmao:

He was so proud!!

But we are off to the orthodondist today. The anchor and a bracket next to it feel loose to him. I think maybe one of the last couple seizures may have knocked something loose. The one was major in intensity. :sad1:

Those weren't dolphins they were feeding!! Those were sharks!!!!! Need big fence for sharks!

You don't need summer at the cabin for roasted marshmellows!! You can roast them on the grill outside, or watch them expand in the microwave indoors! Any time of year is a great time for a roasted marshmellow!! I love those new giant sized ones.

That's such a pretty resort.

The feeling of the 3 different villages is so different. Each one so distinct in itself and separate from the rest of the resort. I think the Casitas are the prettiest!! They are especially pretty at night with the lighting and all the courtyards and fountains!!!

Pop Century is our next resort. We go from pretty to F-U-N!! Hoping for the Big Wheel section again!! We can play twister right in front of our building!

The Pepper Market

This was the only time we ate at the Pepper Market this trip. Goofy wanted to eat a chicken quesadilla at least once on the trip! Grumpy’s went with us, but he was having some food allergy issues, so he picked off our plates instead of eating his own, since much of his problem is dose related.

Anakin was so worried about not getting back to the room by 8pm for his movie, so we drove to the Pepper Market to appease him.

We parked at El Centro’s parking lot.

The fountain is so pretty

In August, Panchito’s had a Halloween display in the front of the store. Now that it was October, we were surprised to see it gone.

Our server was ok. Don’t remember her name. She got us our drinks, and disappeared for most of the meal. The awesome server we had in August was there and he remembered us. He stopped by to say hello. That was so sweet of him. I don’t remember his name, but I do remember he was from Egypt.

My dessert, icecream and churro, I added honey. Tasted just like a fried icecream we use to get at Chi Chi’s back when there was that restaurant chain near us!!!

The boys went to Cafe Rix for gelato!

When we got back to the room, I went out taking pictures again.

Up next…Where are Anakin’s shoes??!!/DIS meet at the MK

I love Pepper Market! We never had good service (it wasn't horrible by any stretch ... but usually got drinks and then never saw anyone again for refills). Food was YUM! They have amazing guacamole! :cloud9:

Churros are a huge seller at DLR. They have more food stands for those than popcorn. Them and ice cream bars.

Do they sell them plain or with dip? At La Cantina they sell 4 tiny ones and a little container of caramel sauce for dipping. Loved it!!

They are just sugar coated, no dipping sauce. That sounds wonderful!! My go to snack at DLR is the pineapple spears.

OMG, that food looks amazing. I am hoping to fit in a little trip over to CSR to see what decorations they do have, but also to eat at Pepper Market. I would assume my best transportation bed would be to go to MK then take a bus to CSR, right? (well, other than renting a car or getting a taxi)

I think El Centro is the only place at CSR decorated for Christmas, that's where the Pepper Market is too. Yes, any park then CSR's bus.
