Disney donation to hurricane vicitms?

Has anyone heard if The Disney company have donated any money to any of hurricane relief funds? Considering they do have a whole resort themed after New Orleans i was thinking they would make a huge contribution.

when i made reservations today for this weekend and next week, the CM told me that rooms in one of the value resort have been made available to some New Orleans refugees....but i don't know which value resort, nor how many rooms....

i have seen nothing about this anywhere except for hearing it from this one CM.....but it wouldn't surprise me that if WDW has done this, they would keep it quiet....so as to not be overrun and so as not to potentially annoy the paying guests....

I think the paying guest would not mind if every unoccupied room was offered to shelter the hurricane victims. They need somewhere to stay. We are seriously considering offering to share our home.

I agree.
We have several of our rental properties vacant and have offered them to GEMA for the affected.
