Disney Dollars??

Are Disney Dollars still available?? I was thinking that I read somewhere that they weren't being made anymore? Please tell me I'm wrong.

Most Disney Stores only have singles right now. They are revamping the design for the 50th Celebration & Disney isn't releasing anything but ones until the new design ones come out.

Apparently you can call this number (407)934-7639 to order other denominations. The new designs aren't due til Spring.

I buy $50 a month & this month, this is the info I got from the manager of my local store.

All of our local Disney Stores have $1, $5 & $10 and they have a new design on them. I would scan and post, but I do not post my pics to any external site...so I guess that means that I am unable to link it to the Dis. I don't suppose I can do this directly from my PC?

I purchased $200 worth right after Christmas for presents and I had to go to two different Disney Stores. Each store only had $100 each and in 5's. So I wiped them both out. They did have 1's left, but I didn't want them.

Does anyone have a list of Disney stores that are still open?

THe closest one to us--Appleton Wisconsin(125 miles from us!) closed two years ago--I called my brother's girlfriend in NYC and she said all four of the Manhattan stores were closed--!!

We wanted to get Disney dollars for our son to earn for allowance to spend on the trip--
