Disney Dollars - Where to Buy in Advance?

I like all these ideas about letting kids earn extra money and paying them with Disney Dollars to keep for their Disney trip.
But I couldn't find anywhere on Disney's website of where to purchase these in advance.

Where do you get these in advance??

As far as I know, they are only available at the Disney Stores.

I use them for spending money in the parks!

I didn't actually buy Disney Dollars, I made some on the computer and used them.
