Disney Dollars good on board?

The Disney Dollars my DS just got for his birthday read "may be redeemed only at Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort and the Disney Store".

I could swear we used Disney Dollars on board the Wonder last fall...and that's why we suggested them as gifts for the kids to save for our Magic trip this fall.

Any body know for sure if we can use them on board?

All purchases onboard are charged to your Key to the World (KTTW) card, but you may use Disney Dollars at Guest Services to pay down your account.

Can you tip with them?

You can charge your tips to your stateroom account and then use Disney Dollars to pay down that balance.
