Disney Dollars at Hospitality House?

Can you still get Disney Dollars at the OKW Hospitality House?
And if you have excess Disney Dollars at the end of the trip, can you exchange those for real dollars at the Hospitality House?

According to MS, the answer is yes on both counts. The front desk at OKW sells and cashes in Disney Dollars.
