Disney Dollars at canadian disney stores

Hi , I was just wondering were you can buy disney dollars if you don't live near a disney store? Do they sell them in the canadian stores ? If you buy them through the mail is there an extra charge? Thanks

Canadian Disney Stores don't sell disney dollars because of the constant changing of the exchange rate. I have heard of people buying disney dollars at American stores and having them mailed to them, but the fee was enormous so I didn't think it was worth it. Sorry for not having better news to share.

Princess'x3 since you live close to Duluth there is a Disney store there ,that is where I bought Disney Dollars on our last trip for our up coming vacation.If you know of someone going it is an easy way to get them.Also you don't have to pay duty on them because you would be doing it twice(on your purchase in Disney and the purchase of dollars)

We would just travel to Buffalo to get our Disney dollars.But this year my dad is spending the month of February in Florida and when he asked me what I wanted for Christmas I told him Disney Dollars.So I got an IOU for $100 DD's in a card and I will be getting my Christmas present in March.WOOHOO

Jaret, I also purchased them there for our first trip, but I was told that the store was closed. My friend was there Dec. 27/2001 and it was closed, and was told that Dec.26 was the last day. She was also told that the one in Mall America closed the same day.

You could also ask someone from Ontario that may frequent the US Disney stores to pick some up for you and mail them to you when they return home it would be cheaper than having the Disney store send them to you. We often go over to the Disney store near Port Huron ond shop there as we like to give our daughters Disney Dollars for allowances and b day and X mas gifts towards upcoming trips. I find it a great gift idea and insentive for doing chores hehehe.

Princess'sx3... My god, Duluth store closed! My wife's going to have a FIT! We havn't visited their since March, (havn't had much time off work). What about the one in Eau Claire Wisconsin, anyone know if its closed?
