Disney discounted room only offer on UK-Expedia; ended 31 March.

Is anyone concerned that their calendar for dates is wrong?? It is off by 1 day. When I click on "Sept. 30th" it's showing a Monday and it's actually a Tuesday this year. Would this affect which day you're actually meaning to book?

Also - where do you add the discount codes? I don't see where it asks if you have one.

It's not wrong. Europeans begin their week on Mondays, which makes sense since Saturday & Sunday are the weekend! Look at the calendar on the website again. The first day of each week is Monday, not Sunday.

Thank you! I figured there was something I was missing. :)

I would love to save the extra 10% but we leave 3 weeks from Friday and I'm worried that it will mess things up if I cancel and rebook. Should I try to contact them through e-mail or fb and see if I can get a credit first? When does the code expire?

This happened to me last month. To avoid calling the UK, I just cancelled and rebooked. Got my refund the next day. No problems.

Thanks lurkernj. I just went to their website and the room I booked has gone up $1,000.00 from last week so as you can guess, I won't be cancelling to rebook. ;)

The site where I found the code (hotukdeals.com) says it expires on March 4th, but that's coming from them and not expedia. I suppose if you have the means, you could book a second hotel before canceling the first?

There a new 10% off code for Expedia UK. I just got it to work booking the Wilderness Lodge for November ($610 for 3 nights). It's HAPPYTRAVEL10

Thanks for the code! I figured another would be released, but I was getting nervous. I just added a day and still saved $145 over my original reservation.

Yay! $1524 for 7 nights at the Yacht Club in Nov. We booked our June trip using the last code, but that code didn't go until Nov., and we didn't want to have two big hotel bills on our credit card since we are trying to pay for the reservations from our pay checks and not touch savings. Anyway, time to talk to the DH.

Thanks for the code! $125 for CBR 1 night after our cruise. 46% off! So excited as I was hoping for that price for just a value! :cool1:

Was able to link my resort reservation with My Disney Experience as soon as it changed from Booked to Confirmed!!!

Question:
I linked my reservation. Now I cancelled and rebooked with the new code. How do I get rid of the old reservation on MDE? Does it just drop off or will I get an extra set of magic bands?

I just booked the All Star Music family suite for 7 nights for under $1000 using the extra 10% off. Thanks for the tip!!! Even with paying a 3% transaction fee on my Disney Visa it will still be just under $1000. We don't have the extra day charge for the extra adults in the suite so it's a really good deal for us. :goodvibes

ETA: For the 7 nights, the total came to $963 (with the extra 10% off), on the US expedia site it's $1843.

Switched from booked to confirmation this morning....plus I received an email from Expedia UK letting me know of the change. Cancelled my reservations made thru WDW Travel, and we are set!!!! THANK YOU for all the help everyone!!!

I was able to book a garden view room for 3 nights at Beach Club in June for $786! With my AP discount, that room was $930.

I have a Chase Sapphire Preferred, which has no foreign transaction fee. The card was declined the first time, and I immediately got an e-mail from Chase, asking if the transaction was legitimate or fraudulent. Once I clicked that it was legitimate, I was able to book the room without a problem. It took all of a couple minutes. As soon as I get it linked in MDE, I'll go ahead and cancel the AP discount reservation I already have.
