wouldnt know but would suggest on a sure bet if you like the luxuries offered there you might want to look into some villas. Indian Ridge is a good villa community in perticular. I love the villas there

Otherwise take the punge, your always at risk when buying villas or personally owned space by anyone. It could be great, it could be bad, but it seems pretty good from the pics.

Just wanted to bump this up again in hope somebody has any information on this property.

Have found out that it is also listed on the floridasunvacationhomes.com website as 'Lightning McQueen's Pad'. Perhaps someone has rented it under this name and can provide some input?

Just wanted to update that we stayed in this unit for 23 days in September 2008 and it was great.
Everything was as advertised on their website and as promised in phone conversations with the owner. The place was clean, spacious, well appointed......couldn't fault it at all.
Highly recommend it.
