My point exactly. If Disney is truly at fault, I believe they would take responsibility. Many of the examples on this board could have happened anywhere. If Disney took responsibility for everyone who gets hurt or sick, they would go bankrupt. In the bus example, it was obvious that the bus driver (a Disney employee) was at fault, and they made it right.

I agree which is why I posted my bus experience. It was raining that night and we decided to take a taxi (not a bus) from the WL to the Contemporary for dinner with Mickey. The manager of the WL was outside at the car park dealing with another issue and saw us about to get in a taxi and he said no yall come over here. He had one of the valet guys drive us to the Contemporary in a van (I guess they use around the property) and gave us his personal beeper number to call when we needed a ride back.
I thanked him for the dinner and stressed the point that the only reason why we accepted the dinner at Chef Mickey's was to have that the lasting memory of our trip for our 4 year old not the last bus ride of the trip. We were driving home that next morning.
He admitted that in similar situations people have wanted there room paid for and stuff.

I agree with the others on this board that really all I wanted was it to be reported. I am a nurse and knew my DD did not need to be checked out she was fine, but DISNEY insisted that she be checked out and I know they did that for their protection.
