Disney direct-closing costs?

What are closing costs when you buy direct through Disney? Trying to do some cost analysis this pm.
Wondering cost to close at 100pt (yes , they do sell these! At AKV you can get it for $99/pt for 100 pt direct) and closing cost at 160??(160 gives me a lower per pt. price at AKV. But not sure I want to buy it at that yet, as I want to pay cash for the purchase)

I believe that the closing costs for new members buying in are somewhere between $250 - $350.
