Not sure if anyone has had this problem. We made reservations for the Tusker house at 1:30am the day we wanted to go. We then found out friends also made reservations at a Disney restaurant for the same time. I called and tried to cancel the reservation and was told I would be charged since I did not cancel before the 24 hours. I told them:confused the reservation was made 8 hours prior and the call center is not open but they would not wave the fee. This policy needs to be changed to read if reservation is made under 24 hours you must cancel the reservation within 2 hours. I am now out $30. I understand why they made the policy but this is something Disney did not think of.
