Disney dining restaurant hours

Is there a place that has all the hours of the restaurants in Disneyland, hotels and downtown? We will be arriving tomorrow night (YIPPEE!!!!) around 8pm and by the time we check into the hotel, it will probably be around 9pm. We usually like to eat at Tortilla Joes when we first arrive, but I am not sure of the hours. Anyone know of a place to find out the hours? thanks.

I'm pretty sure that the restaurants in Downtown Disney stay open at least as late as the parks do. 9 PM is prime dining time, Tortilla Joe's should definitely be open. You can always call Disney Dining at 714) 781-DINE or (714) 781-3463 to find out for sure.
