So called to make a breakfast reservation for the day we check out in January...was on hold for 10 minutes! WTH...I've called like 4 times this week to make (and change
) 2 days worth of reservations and did not spend more than 30 seconds on hold during any of those calls...in the morning, in the afternoon and evening! (I know, shouldn't take 4 calls to make ressies for 2 days, but our plans have changed that much
...last minute trip to WDW, and didn't have my usual months of debate/planning
so when we decided to go on the latest discount deal, I quickly made the ressies on the fly, then changed them all!
)
But why would I get "hold" today...higher volume or less workers on the weekends? I'd think they'd have more workers on the weekends because more people would be wanting to call when they're not at work?
