Disney dining plan

About 3 years ago I purchased the 10 day non expiration park hopper tickets, can I at this time purchase the dining plan? I looked on the site but only saw where you purchase it with a package, is that the only way that the dining plan is available?

Yes, you have to purchase a package with at least a 1 day 1 park pass per person. Course that itself doesn't expire so you could purchase them and just put them away for a later date.

You'd have to buy at least a one day, one park MYW ticket, about $72 with tax. It won't expire until you use it. You could use it on a day when you know you will only visit one park so you won't have to worry about keeping track of it after this trip.
