Disney Dining Plan - Tokyo Dining

We have purchased the Disney dining plan for our upcoming trip. We are hoping to try Tokyo Dining for one table service credit. The menu is very large. Do you know if anything is NOT available to those using the dining plan? We want to get our money's worth. Thanks in advance.

Here’s the menu, it is broken out into apps, entree, sides and dessert. w reg ddp you should be able to order an entree and dessert w beverage

Rolls are $12-$16 each. So 2 rolls would be an OK value on DDP ($24-32). They also have noodle entrees. And I found another review that said they could get 8 pieces of sushi as their entree. That would be a value of $22-28
