disney dining plan question for 2008 -about tips

Hi, we were thinking of going to disney next august. It will be a large group of us. If we go on the DDP, I know that they will automatically add 18% gratuity for the TBS. Do they add 18% if you do a buffet or just if you go to a restaurant that has a sit down menu? Anybody know? Thanks for your input. Also, how hard is it to get ADRs for a group of 18? Has anyone ever gone with a group that size and done the DDP?

Because your party is over 5 persons, you will have an 18% automatic gratuity added to your bill at all WDW table service restaurants, including buffets. (that would be done whether you are on DDP or not because of your party size).
