First thing I have to say is I thought everyone was crazy when they said it was too much food but they were right. Most days we were really full. Now I only weight 112 lbs (only gained 1 lb on trip) but my husband is close to 300 lbs and he was pretty full too.

This trip included myself, husband and 10 year old son.

The plan worked out great for us. We ate at quite a few buffets so our 10 yr old son was charged as an adult but we did have 2 meals where we paid out of pocket for him from the kids menu so we got an extra meal for us.

We stayed at POFQ and loved it. It's just the right size. We bought mugs at the food court and filled them up each morning and several times during the day. We were close enought that we let our son go down and get his own drinks when he wanted to.

Sunday Dec 4:
Left PA on a 7am flight, breakfast at airport.

LUNCH at POFQ food court. I had a veggie sandwich with fried potatoe chips which was very good. My husband had a muffalata sandwich and liked that also. Son had chicken strip dinner (adult size). For dessert we had cookies and an order of biengiets. TOTAL $$$35.01 B+

DINNER at Boatswright. We had a TS meal here. It was quite noisy and crowded. We were glad we were staying at the POFQ instead of Riverside. I had garlic cheese bites, Pot roast and milky way cheesecake (had the cheesecake one morning for breakfast) My husband had salad, Jambalya and Chocolate cake. Everything was very good.
$$$72.20 son OOP A

Monday Dec 5

BREAKFAST at Donald's Breakfastasourus. Excellant just like last time. Food and waiter were out of this work. Breakfast pizza was great and coffee cake was terrific. $$$69.68 A+

SNACK in AK 3 ice creams. My husband had a frozen banana and said it was really good. $$$8.83

DINNER at Wolfgang puck express at DTD. Wanted to try Earl of Sandwich but was just too crowded. Walked right in here. I had a huge chicken ceasar salad and mac. nut cookie, my husband had a pesto chicken sandwich and choc chip cookie and my son had a pizza and choc chip cookie. All were very good and quick. $$$37.06 B+

Tuesday Dec 6

LUNCH at ABC Commissary in MGM. This was a last minute choice because we didn't have breakfast and were starving. Very good. I had the cuban sandwich with fried banana chips, my husband had the chicken curry and son had a hamburge. We got one of each dessert and split them. The desserts were Mac turtle tart, strawberry parfit and choc mousse. This was a very good meal. Pleasantly surprised. $$$37.07 A

DINNER at Liberty tree Tavern. Loved this!!! The salad was out of this world. The food was very plentiful. The garlic green beans were so good I could have eaten them all. Wasn't thrilled with the mac and cheese but there was plenty of other things to eat. Not a huge fan of apples but the cobbler with ice cream was really good. We then went to MVMCP on very full stomachs. $$$102.03 A+

SNACK 3 bottles of water $$$7.33

Wednesday Dec 7

LUNCH at Coral Reef. This was out of pocket and probably the best meal of the trip. I had blackened catfish over cheese grits my husband had the special a salad , stir fry seafood bowl and egg nog cheesecake (which we shared) and son had a cheese pizza and a drink with the glowing ice cube which he thought was really neat. This meal cost $53.02 and was well worth it. Watching the fish and turtles was great!!!!!! A+++++

DINNER at Le Cellier in Canada. We didn't have a huge lunch at Coral Reef in anticipation of this meal. This one was my choice. I had the cheese soup, 7 oz fillet and maple creme brulee, my husband had the tomato stack, 7 oz fillet and the club cake. He didn't like the whiskey part of the cake but otherwise thought it was great. Son had the child's steak and smores dessert. Very good and plentiful $$$103.67 A

Thursday Dec 8

Rained almost all day. Had to go to Church this day so we had breakfast at POFQ. After church went to Ripley's believe it or not (my husband's favorite tourist trap)

BREAKFAST at the POFQ food court. I had bacon, eggs and french toast, husband had crossiant sandwich and son had eggs and bacon. We used our mugs so we each got a bottle of water for the day. Food was very good. We ate in the room before heading out for the day. $$$29.24 B+

LUNCH at POFQ food court. Got back and had a late lunch. I had a taco salad and a cookie ice cream sandwich, my husband had a chicken wrap which was on the cold side and he likes things at room temp with a cookie and son had chicken strips with beingiets. Good meal very filling. The cookie ice cream sandwich was $5 and it was ok on the meal plan. $$$40.10 B+

We had resv for the fantasmic show but since it was pouring I tried to cancel them but still got charged $30. We didn't want to sit in the rain to see the show and at 4:30 it was really raining hard and didn't want to have to walk thru MGM to get to H & V. Called and got 8:20 resv for Boma so we had that late lunch.

DINNER at BOma. This one was my husbands choice. My son and I aren't adventurous eaters but we found enough here to be full. Great salads and the rotisseri chicken was really good. Great little desserts so you can have one of everything. $$$91.87 A

Friday Dec 9

SNACKS at POFQ food court, 3 waters $$$7.33 and 3 fruits $$$4.02

LUNCH at Crystal Palace. This is a tie for best meal. Unbelieveable selections and great charector interaction. The coconut flan was the best I've ever had. The spoon bread was great, had seconds on that!!! $$$76.53 A+++

DINNER at POFQ food court. I had the pot roast which tasted just like the pot roast at POR, my husband had the Jambalya and my son had the chicken again. We had chocolate cake, carrot cake and beingets for dessert. All very good. $$$46.24 A

Saturday Dec 10 (our last day boo hoo)

LUNCH at Alfredos in Italy Pavillion in EPCOT. This place didn't seem that crowded but people were being turned away with only 9:30 pm resv available for the next few nights. If you go here make sure you wait in the lobby, they do not go outside to call names. Also, it seemed very hard here to understand wait staff. I had the calamari for app and the Fettucini ALfredo for entree. This was outstanding. My husband had the tomato and mozzarella app and the veal for the entree both He said were good but I noticed he didn't finish the mozzarella. We had the dessert sampler which was suggested to us by waiter and since we were unsure of what He was saying we got that. Mu son had spagetti and meat balls and chocolate ice cream for dessert. His meal was out of pocket. The food was excellent but my husband had the sangria and didn't care for it. $$$88.32 B+

SNACKS at POFQ as we were leaving 3 bottles of water and 3 mickey rice crispie bars $$$14.75. Didn't care for the one with chocolate ears.

Well that's it for food. Lots of it too!!! Our totals were SNACKS $42.10 CS $224.62 and TS $604.29 for a grand total of $871.01. I figured we paid $671 for it so we got about $200 extra dollars worth. Never gave any additional tips. Just the fact that all we had to do was sign our names at each meal would have been great even if we didn't break even.

We had no problems or mistakes with plan and everyone seemed quite knowledgeable about it. I would suggest it to any one going to Disney.

ENJOY
