Disney Dining Pkg

Will be traveling to Disney next year with dh, dd (3 and 13), and ds (8). My dh, dd (3) and I took our first trip this past September. Since my daughter was only 2 she did not need tix. My dh and I bought 10-day no exp tix. We would like to take part in the dining plan next year, but was told everyone in the room would have to have the same plan (all have 6 day tix). I really would not like to spend the extra money to buy tix for dh and I. Is it possible to book pkg for 7 days, and a 1 day tix, then add the additional days for the kids once we arrived?

Yes

The only requirement to get the dining plan is to get a 1 day MYW pass. You can get those for everyone in your party and then upgrade the ones you need to once you arrive.
