When you get a DDE aka Tables in Wonderland card, does your partner need to also have an AP to be added on? Also, do they ask for some kind of proof of partnership?

You can get a second card for $25. Your family member does not need to have an AP. If you have ID showing same address I would think that would be all you need -- but I don't know if they even ask for that. Maybe they would if the last names are different?

We have managed with one card ever since they started charging for the second card.

We've also used one card but we're always together for meals...

No proof required, no AP required. I got one for my husband, who has a different last name than I have - they simply asked "what name goes on the second card." He was not there when I got it.

They have gotten much stricter with the TIW. In September, I needed to show a picture ID almost everywhere I used the card. They would not even accept my KTTK. They said that too many people have been loaning their cards out or even renting them out, so they are stricter now and enforcing the rules. As for the extra card, we had one the first year, but we realized quickly that it was a waste of money, as we were almost always together.

Thanks, I actually go on a lot of seperate trips myself and she goes on trips alone too. so it does benefit us to get seperate cards, especially if they are going to ID us.

I was there in Sept and we were never ID'd at all using our card (at almost every place we ate). Just wanted to let you know you're not always asked for ID. :goodvibes Good luck with whatever you decide!
